At Grand you will have a refined crowd, amazing breakfasts, literally full of vitamins, I had two huge plates of freshest fruits and berries plus Greek yogurt, eggs station is amazing, pancake station too. Huge thanks for breakfast hostess Vanessa, the sweetest kind polite and well spoken, for managing place so well and making sure every guest feel comfortable. We are spoiled travelers, and when in Ibiza – only Gran Hotel. 2 mins by walk to Pasha and to Cipriani, are you kidding me – is there a better location 😜 My room view photo from this morning!

There are many reasons we keep coming back to Ibiza Gran Hotel, but one of the biggest is the incredible team at the entrance: Marcos, Roberto, Javier, Alvaro, Raul, Luis, Ivan, Bart, Antonio, Jose, Fernando, Ramon and Jesus. Over the years, these guys have become so much more than the people who help you with your bags or bring your car around. They are genuinely one of the best parts of coming back to the hotel. There is such a natural warmth and friendliness about them, and they somehow manage to make every interaction feel personal. What I appreciate most is how proactive they are. You rarely have to ask twice for anything. They notice what needs to be done, take care of it and somehow make all the small logistics of a holiday completely effortless. Even on the busiest days, they are welcoming, patient and incredibly good at what they do. The fact that they remember us, recognise us when we return and greet us with the same warmth every time means a lot. It is those small moments that stay with you long after the holiday is over. A huge thank you to all of you for the care and kindness you show your guests. You represent the spirit of Ibiza Gran Hotel so beautifully, and for us, seeing all of you is genuinely part of the reason coming back to Ibiza Gran Hotel never gets old.

The most tranquil, refined and luxurious hotel on the island; so peaceful you feel like you’ve been transported to Japan. Minimalist, timeless, well tough out and executed – the hotel is the epitome of quiet (emphasis on quiet) luxury. It’s where you come to seek refuge and unwind from the party vibes of the island. TO begin with the valet and bell men are lovely, energetic and a pleasure to come back to each time. Service all around was impeccable and the rooms are giant by Ibiza and European standards. The property is spotless, modern and clean all around. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing many great hotel breakfasts, but Ibiza Gran certainly ranks in the top 3. From the gorgeous setting, the copious amount of fresh food, mouthwatering fruits, omelettes cooked on the spot, fresh-carved J5 Jason Iberia, freshly shucked oysters, free-flowing Veuve. Wow. Simply no better way to start the day. Service at the restaurant, as well as hotel bar were top notch. The hotel is in the perfect location right across from the Marina, steps from Old Town, and which Pacha directly behind the hotel, and some of the top restaurants on the island – Zuma and Ciprianni’s within the building. Chinois, a more intimate and high-end nightclub, is also within the Gran, and the concierge was happy to add guests to the guest list for complementary entrance. The pool space and spa were also a wonderful way to relax and detox after 5 nights on the island. We had a later evening flight and the hotel was gracious enough to store our bags and offer us showers and changing rooms before departing. If you’re looking for a luxurious place to unwind and recharge, yet still be close enough to all the action the island has to offer – look no further than the Ibiza Gran. There is a reason why it remains timeless and a favorite of many of the DJs playing on the white isle. Thank you and will certainly be back.

We visited Pikes yesterday for lunch. Four girls who all loved George Michael and so this was a ‘must see’ place for us to see where Club Tropicana had been filmed. It didn’t disappoint. The location and setting was perfect. Our meal was fabulous, the choice, quality and presentation was amazing. We just had 4 mains and all shared, it was outstanding. The waiters and waitresses serving us were so friendly and polite. Afterwards we wanted to wander around and check out the venue. Carmela, the General Manager, found us and gave us the whole tour. She explained where all the filming had taken place, where ‘our George’ had stayed, she took the time to show us everything, including all the Freddie Mercury parts, even though we were just lunch guests. She could not have been more welcoming and helpful, we loved her and she made it an unforgettable experience for us. Thank you Carmela, your passion for Pikes shines through and you are a credit to such an iconic place. We’d recommend Pikes to anyone visiting Ibiza xxx

Fantastic venue let down by unacceptable security conduct. We visited Pikes recently for dinner and a night out and on the whole had a wonderful time. The venue itself is iconic, the food was excellent, staff in the restaurant and bar were warm, attentive and made us feel very welcome. It’s easy to see why Pikes has the reputation it does. Unfortunately the evening was seriously let down by an experience with a member of the security team. On two separate occasions during the same night, he approached my wife directly and challenged her, suggesting she was a ‘working girl’. This was completely unprovoked, disrespectful and intimidating. My wife was understandably upset and embarrassed, and it put a real dampener on what should have been a special night. We have no complaint about being a well-managed, safe venue, but there is a professional way to do that and this was not it. Singling out a female guest in this way is unacceptable. We would consider returning because the restaurant and atmosphere are excellent, but we hope management will address this with their door team. Guests should be able to enjoy Pikes without being harassed and demeaned. 3/5 stars – food and general staff 5/5, security experience 1/5.

We’ve been staying at pikes every summer for years now, this time our expectations were exceeded. The place has kept its magic since the good old days, breakfast was top as always, good that its kept until 11am. On Tuesday 1st we were lucky to come down the pool and see a new dj on the decks, Lola, who brought a new, fresh, positive energy to the place. We look forward to be able to seeing her play more often in our next visits. Silvia on the restaurant was great as always with her recommendations. We are looking forward to stay next year more time, thanks to all the staff xx

It‘s our 4th and definitely not last time we are in this hotel. We were expecting another room as we booked directly over Melia but they “solved” this little issue very quickly and professionally. The team is amazing and do everything to make an unforgettable time for our family! From the reception, concierge, parking, cleaning, pool, breakfast and dinner ..every team is doing an excellent job! Many thanks 🙏

Awesome hotel. Recently stayed at the ME. Staff were brilliant – friendly and helpful. We had a Junior Suite with a great balcony overlooking the pool and out to sea. Drinks were great, as was breakfast. We only ate dinner in the hotel once, which was good but we preferred to head out. We ate lunch at Radio Rooftop once too which was ok. DJ around the pool was great in the afternoons. Also good to have a beach area right next to Nikki beach for hotel guests (great tunes, good people watching and some great sushi)! Gym was great and well equipped. We had a massage once which was excellent – the pool area by the spa was super quiet if you wanted time to chill. Roof terrace had a lovely infinity pool but the best beds all had minimum spend (seems pretty standard practice in Ibiza)! Santa Eularia was only 12 Euros in a taxi so we headed in quite a bit. Also hired road bikes from Kandani in Santa Eularia. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

An amazing stay at ME Ibiza! Arriving to this place was like stepping into an oasis. A beautiful vista of the pool and sea through the massive open space is a great start. Our room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Very VERY clean! The pool area is lovely and there’s plenty of beds spread around. Breakfast was delicious with buffet, fresh options and as much coffee as you like. We had lunch both upstairs and at Origens and both were excellent, the sushi/ceviche was a highlight. Only thing I would mention is that not all rooms have balconies (as you’d expected for a 5* LHW). I will miss waking up to that beautiful view. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will be back

It has been a stay full of wonderful surprises. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness from the entire staff. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities waiting for us. We especially recommend dining at the Beach Caves restaurant and trying the sea bass and the beef tenderloin—they were both outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had an incredible few days!

⭐ 1/10 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Six Senses Ibiza was deeply disappointing. During my stay from June 6 to June 9, cash disappeared from my bag while it was inside my room. The bag was only left unattended when we were at the pool during the daytime. I also personally observed a member of staff entering the room to check the minibar while we were away. After carefully retracing everything that happened during our stay, I cannot identify any other realistic opportunity for the money to have gone missing. What is most shocking is that this happened at a hotel that markets itself as one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in Ibiza. Guests paying thousands of euros per stay should not have to worry about the safety of their personal belongings inside their own room. The missing money included both euros and Russian rubles. The incident has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and has completely destroyed the sense of security and trust that a luxury hotel is supposed to provide. After discovering the loss, I researched online reviews, news articles, and other publicly available sources. To my surprise, I found that I am not the first guest to report concerns regarding missing valuables during a stay at this property. This made the situation even more alarming and reinforced my concerns about guest security. I have requested that the hotel review key-card access records and security footage, and I hope a proper investigation is conducted. Until then, I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values the security of their belongings. Beautiful location and design cannot compensate for a situation where a guest leaves feeling that money has disappeared from their room and receives no immediate answers. Very disappointing experience.

I didn’t stay at the hotel this time, but I had the pleasure of visiting their restaurant several times during my stay in Ibiza. I stumbled upon it by chance, attracted by the shaded outdoor terrace, and discovered a place with an excellent breakfast menu and outstanding service. Susana, who looked after me, was exceptionally professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. I worked remotely on the terrace during breakfast, and she quickly arranged a quiet table in a corner where I could finish my projects. Thanks to the excellent food and, above all, Susana’s hospitality, I returned several times during my 10-day stay. This place has become one of my favourite breakfast spots in Ibiza Town, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Great hotel in Ibiza. Incredibly warm & friendly staff throughout the entire hotel to include housekeeping and rooftop staff as well. Special thanks to the people at the front desk who remembered me from my last visit & welcomed me back again like an old friend. Just spent 4 amazing nights at this hotel will a bunch of friends. We stayed here 3 years ago and it was just as fantastic as the last time. Location, staff and amenities are 10/10. We will likely be back next year. Gracias!

We stayed at Paradiso and thought it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained down to the smallest detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for resting after enjoying all the activities—and the hotel’s atmosphere made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. The padel court is fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the spa and all the activities offered by the hotel. We will definitely be back next year. Finally, we would especially like to thank Ángel for the warm and attentive way he treated us, as well as his colleagues Cinti, Eva and Roxane, and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and fun.

I had an amazing stay at NH Hotel Ibiza!From the beautiful hotel and great atmosphere to the excellent service, everything made my experience truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mercedes and Andrea, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. They were both extremely kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Andrea, who helped me when I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. She was incredibly patient and went out of her way to help me locate the taxi driver and recover my phone. Her kindness and dedication meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate everything she did. Mercedes was also wonderful and made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Both of them are a true reflection of the level of hospitality you want when staying at a hotel. I would absolutely recommend NH Hotel Ibiza** to anyone visiting Ibiza. Great hotel, great location, and most importantly, an amazing team. I will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very positive experience and can highly recommend this place. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that many employees were focused on both working efficiently and engaging warmly with guests, which made the service feel professional and welcoming. The biggest highlight for me was the hygiene. At breakfast, the food looked fresh, well-prepared, and appealing, and every dish I tried tasted excellent. The overall quality of the food was far above what I expected, and I felt confident that it was being prepared with great care and attention to detail. I also noticed that the property was exceptionally clean throughout, with well-maintained bathrooms and spotless public areas. The general environment gave the impression that cleanliness was being taken very seriously. During my stay, I was pleased to see that the hotel appeared to have strong hygiene and maintenance standards in place, creating a comfortable and reassuring experience for guests. Overall, I left feeling that high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer care were consistently being met. In my opinion, this is a place where I would happily spend my money again, and I would encourage others to consider booking and experience the excellent service for themselves.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which immediately made the hotel feel comfortable and welcoming. Housekeeping clearly pays attention to the small details. The service was another highlight. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had a question. The location was also very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and local attractions within easy reach. We checked in on Monday and honestly we don’t want to leave. My friend and I have had one of the best hotel experiences of our lives here, and that comes down entirely to the people who work here. The hotel is a good size, but it never feels anonymous. After a very short time you are no longer treated like a guest, but like someone who belongs. It feels genuinely familiar, everyone is attentive, warm and incredibly kind. A special thank you to the Guest Experience team: Veronika, Sarah, Isabel, João and Sanna. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They remember you, they take the time, and they go far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Every single interaction was warm, generous and genuinely personal, never scripted. And Andrea from the restaurant made sure we felt looked after at every single meal. The value for money here is absolutely there, but to be honest it is the team that makes the stay priceless. You are all doing an outstanding job. We will be back very happily.

Veronica and her team were amazing!! From the minute we pulled up at property we were greeted warmly and experienced exceptional service! We were celebrating and milestone birthday and the staff made us feel extra special! The rooms were big and relaxing. The food (shoutout to the breakfast buffet) and spa services (the massages!) were beyond! Honorable mentions to the water in the lobby and to go water and very cute boutique with a good range of prices!! Needless to say we’ll be back!

Did an early summer honeymoon here with my wife. The thing that stood out to us most was the service. the staff (Joao from guest services) were super helpful and accomodating and tried their best to make our stay as pleasent as possible. Breakfast is great, the day beds at the pool are amazing and the hotel has a great gym as well as complimentary yoga and pilates classes. This place surpassed our expectations. More than you would expect from a high end hotel. Everything here makes just makes sense. They have managed to curate a great guest experience all around.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at OKU Ibiza, celebrating a birthday. Every staff member was the utmost professional and patient, no request was too much. Every time I needed anything, I was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the reception staff, however they deserve lots of praise for patiently dealing with all of my requests, including a birthday surprise made by the guest experience team. Thank you for the lovely surprise despite it being so last-minute! The rooms are very comfortable and the aesthetic of the room is opulent – the design is modern and cozy. I really appreciated how spacious the rooms were and the countertop area made the room feel more like a studio. The balcony blinds are a unique addition offering privacy, and the rooms are well soundproofed, creating a sense of true peacefulness and relaxation. The quality of the toiletries was excellent, especially the hand soap. You can buy some of the toiletries (priced around 40-50 euros). The wifi and tv was very good. The DJ by the pool perfectly captured the vibes of Ibiza and created a great atmosphere. Although I did not swim in the pool, it looked beautiful and clean, as did the entire pool area and hotel. The family pool was good to relax in silence if needed. The breakfast was exceptional. There was a huge selection of products – everything was fresh and high quality. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast which was priced 44 euros per day. The f&b service was consistently good, both in the restaurant and the bar. For example staff would always ask if you needed anything, and plates weren’t left around for more than 2 minutes. My dressing gown came in 5 minutes, room service in 15. Taxis came in a few minutes. The room service food was delicious also, and reasonably priced considering the quality and portion sizes (40 euros for a dinner and dessert). After staying here, I feel truly relaxed and reset. OKU truly is a place where one can feel a total sense of luxury. I cannot think of any criticisms during my short stay and I will most certainly be back next year for the summer.

Beautiful location and unbeatable views. Pool was also exceptional. Would definitely recommend for those aspects. The room was well sized and rustic-cute, however the walls are paper thin and we could hear every movement of our neighbors, including the toilet. The staff was also very overwhelmed, service was disappointing and lacked etiquette for a hotel of this caliber and price. They would probably benefit from more employees to make things smoother for all. Restaurant wasn’t anything special either.

We went to Ibiza in August to see the solar eclipse. After carefully looking at different hotels, we went with Petunia. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was thought of for us. It was truly relaxing. We loved how creative the food and drinks were. They even inspired a creative use for Hierbas Ibencias, which we tried at home. Thank you for an amazing stay!

A wonderful stay — everything was PERFECT! The place: absolutely beautiful! Every space exudes understated luxury and serenity, from the rooms to the pool, and of course the restaurants. A special mention for the rooftop restaurant, Mirada, and its creative, delicious sharing dishes. Original and absolutely DELICIOUS! We absolutely loved the grounds and atmosphere of Petunia. It is uniquely stylish, wonderfully calm (especially for Ibiza!), beautiful hotel with unmatched views of Es Vedra. So many things about this hotel are 10/10. My only criticism (as I’ve seen in some other reviews) is that this hotel feels very “influencer” heavy and I think they should try to control this. It can become quite off-putting (and uncool…no one wants to feel they are just part of a TikTok trend when sat by a pool). When we were there, there were 2 separate large groups on a yoga/self-care “retreat”, and it slightly felt that they took over the hotel – having private dinners and activities all over the hotel. Now, a year later, I’ve just tried to book for some dates this year, and on all of my date requests, the hotel is booked up for private events and “retreats”. Although these may be good money-makers for the hotel, I think it should be careful not to lose its charm for regular holiday-makers who want to enjoy this wonderful hotel just as it is. We now sadly won’t be returning this year. Petunia, don’t lose your charm!

My husband and I paid around $1,200 for one night and unfortunately I just don’t think the experience matched the price at all. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing, which is why it’s such a shame. The potential of this place is insane, but the room itself felt barely cleaned and the lighting was so poor that it honestly made everything feel even more run down. The biggest thing for me was the water. Most of the water isn’t complimentary, and the complimentary water they do provide comes in a refillable glass bottle. Ours still had lipstick marks on it from whoever stayed in the room before us. For a hotel at this price point, that was pretty shocking and immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned. I really wanted to love this place because the setting is gorgeous, but it feels like so much effort has gone into how the property looks and how it’s marketed, while the actual guest experience and attention to detail are missing. It kind of feels like they put lipstick on a pig, which sounds harsh, but that’s genuinely the best way I can describe it. It looks incredible from the outside, but once you’re actually staying here, you start noticing all the things that don’t match what you’re paying for. If management or ownership is reading this, please know that you could probably charge $2,000–$3,000 a night if you got your act together. Invest in some small upgrades, improve the property, and focus on making the overall guest experience match the setting and price point. We ended up leaving, and we’re now going to stay at Nobu. The views may not be quite as beautiful, but we trust their service and cleanliness. Really disappointing because with better management and more attention to cleanliness, this place could honestly be incredible.
