We do not recommend Renault at all. To sell the van, flawless, no problem… the service and attention after. DISASTER. The van we bought two years ago has constant problems, failures, parts take ages to arrive and they do not have enough staff and the waiting for appointments is very long. Replacement cars are practically impossible to get. We have an extra insurance for a replacement car, however that means we need to rent a car ourselves and then get a report from their maintenance shop to get a reimbursement. Since several months and dozens of messages, nobody is capable to help and send the report. Every time we get to speak to them on whatsapp we need to explain the situation from scratch. Now we have a huge problem again, the van is practically not usable, asked for an appointment mid December got one for January 31st. Their responses are vague and generated by a bot most likely. Very big dissapointment.

I just purchased a 2026 Renault Kangoo E-Tech. Marilina, the sales rep was attentive and thorough. Juanvi, the sales manager, has been a strong advocate for electric vehicles since 2016.

I went to Renault to enquire about buying a second hand Duster. When I arrived I was met with a smile by Ana Garcia who told me they didn’t have any available at that time but she suggested a second hand Renault Kadjar which was available. I hadn’t considered the Kadjar at this point and so I had a look round it and then took it for a test drive. I loved it immediately! Ana kindly offered to hold the car for 3 days for me while I had a think. I only needed 1 day to decide and within 1 week the Kadjar was mine. The service I received from Ana was fantastic from start to finish. Always smiling, polite and friendly, speaks brilliant English and was not pushy at all. Apart from the car itself it was Ana’s customer service that helped make my decision to buy a car from Renault. She has even been in touch to ask how I’m getting on with the car since buying it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or secondhand car in Ibiza to give Renault a visit and hopefully you will be served by Ana Garcia, you will be in safe hands! I’m so happy with my new car and the customer service I received. If it wasn’t for her suggestion of the Kadjar I might still be looking for a car! Thanks so much again Ana!

Very efficient service for the annual servicing of my car. Staff are helpful, efficient and deliver customer service – they will actually call you back and reply to your emails, unlike many other places on the island. Andrea in particular was very helpful and even spoke good English which helped the language barrier sometimes. Would recommend them

I came to check all possible options for a new Duster or Sandero and Paquita was super helpful and thoroughly explained all my options. I felt very supported and am leaving the shop with much more knowledge.

I found the staff at Punicautos most helpful and a pleasure to deal with especially Andrea who went out of her way to look after us even giving us free bus tickets to get into town and back. The car was serviced very well and returned super clean it was like a new car . I wish I could say the same about the Citroen Garage which I found absolutely rubbish I would never buy another car from them again . I woill not write what I realy think of them . As far as I am concirned Punicautos is just what I need.

I rented a Mercedes Vito for a group of six. The experience was very convenient, especially compared to large rental firms. Instead of waiting in line, I simply went to the parking lot where Nico was waiting with the car. The vehicle was brand new and offered at a very fair price. Returning the car was straightforward and hassle-free. I highly recommend this service, definitely over the larger companies.

The best rent a car in Ibiza!! Most of other companies are scamming people by not giving deposit back, but Jan cars is one of few companies that gives it back THE SAME DAY you return the car. And also they have SUPER SUPER GOOD and new luxury cars, for okay price. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend Jan Cars!

Rented the BMW M4 Competition Cabrio with an Akrapovič exhaust, which sounded incredible, especially with the roof down. The car was extremely smooth to drive and felt very well maintained. My friends and I used this car company for various transfers around Ibiza. There were particular times we were being collected and unfortunately there was very limited flexibility when we needed to slightly push back the time (due to factors outside of our control). Moreover, one particular conversation the person we spoke to raised their voice and spoke in a hostile and angry manner. This left my friend in tears. There is no excuse for this kind of communication particularly when we are paid customers. I do wonder if the upfront payment impacts the service provided. I won’t use this company again. Drivers were all very lovely and polite though.

Amazing service. We used them 4x in a week. Seamless transfer service from one side of the island to any and everywhere. All of the drivers were super friendly and offered great service. Always ready and waiting outside the villa right on time (if not early) and always prompt outside of the clubs at any time of the morning. Will absolutely be using them again next time on the island!

Infinity cars are the very best on the island. They are incredibly responsive and amazingly professional. The drivers are all very friendly and the cars are very new and comfortable. All are air conditioned. Leo knows exactly where the best pick up spots are for when you are in Ibiza town. I cannot recommend them enough. They have never let me down in 10 years and i would not hesitate to give a 5 star review.

I have been a client of Infinite luxury car service for 11 years. I only use them and never ever have they not showed up on time at the required location. Comms are excellent, punctual, whether at 6pm or 6am. I have trusted my children with them without me being present as well. The best drivers and the best service in ibiza by far!

Good morning , disappointed with customer service, 2 months to have an appointment to clear an ABS warning light following a battery change! I am here on vacation I hope not to have to repair my vehicle to your garage I can’t imagine the time we have to wait if already an 8 min intervention you have to wait 2 months. I am also a dealer in another country and we always try to offer a quick solution to customers for small interventions…. I don’t ask in the minute I was even ready to leave my car for a few days in order to do the intervention as soon as possible !!! Have a good day

Went to see a class E after being called for an appointment (yes they called me) and ended up waiting for 1 hour to hear “sorry we don’t have any to show you and we cannot configure one as the systems are not working with that specific model at the moment”. Pity having had such a bad treatment.

If you ever feel like your life is too easy and you could use some unnecessary drama – here’s my tip: buy a car from Terrenauto Ibiza. Forget Netflix – this dealership is a live comedy show mixed with bureaucracy and tragedy. I’ve been driving a Mercedes G63 AMG for years. My plan was to add a Mercedes V-Class. Since I live on Ibiza, I thought: “Let’s support the local dealer.” Biggest mistake of my life. From the very first meeting, I realized: customer service doesn’t exist here. The salesman didn’t speak a single word of English. Not even “hello.” And despite asking several times, nobody else offered to step in. Premium brand, local dealer, zero communication. So instead of a V-Class, I somehow ended up with a Jeep Gladiator – a demo car that had been standing around for so long, I was surprised it hadn’t been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I actually liked the car, so I swallowed my pride and decided to go ahead. What followed was a four-act play: Act 1: The Test Drive Trying to schedule one was harder than getting an audience with the Pope. My contact was either on vacation, at lunch, or had already gone home for the day. Act 2: The Leasing Saga Seven weeks (!) of “mañana, mañana” until Santander finally approved the lease. Pure Kafka. Act 3: The Insurance Odyssey This was the real comedy. First I was told: “This document is fine.” I went ahead, bought an extra policy, even got written confirmation. Suddenly – nope, not good enough. I ended up with what felt like three overlapping insurances, and Terrenauto still found a way to wash their hands of responsibility. Act 4: The Grand Finale I was promised: “If all documents are in before 7pm, you can pick up the car the same day.” At 6:05pm I had submitted everything. The saleswoman Nieves then informed me: “Sorry, the manager already went home. No delivery today.” Customer service on the level of a 14-year-old ex-girlfriend ghosting you because you used the wrong emoji. Since then? Radio silence. Absolute ghosting. No replies, no solutions, just arrogance. The result: Yes, I technically bought a Gladiator, but I’ve lost all joy in it. This dealership managed to take the excitement of a new car away from someone who already drives a G-Class. That takes real talent. And the best part? I’m currently trying to cancel the contract. But of course, that will probably be another endless mañana-story. In the end, I’ll likely be forced to pick up the car… just to sell it again as fast as possible. Because the one thing Terrenauto Ibiza did deliver: they completely destroyed the fun of buying a new car.

Worst Mercedes Dealer I’ve encountered in Europe so far. My Mercedes G 350 bluetec 2015 was ‘serviced’ here several times in the last years. How they dare to call it ‘service’ is a miracle to me anyhow! One gets the feeling that you are there to please them instead of the other way around. That you are a paying customer doesn’t come to mind when it concern the ‘reception taller/ workplace’; you are simply the next stress causing type that is treated as a number. Waiting times are ridiculous; wether it is when coming in for an appointment, or bringing your car. Never ever you get out of this reception under half an hour, it seems. No signs of recognition, the 2 sometimes 3 staff members hiding behind computer screens trying to avoid eye contact. The feeling of stress and tension is felt the moment you walk in and you have to find out yourself where to wait and guess how long it will take this time. It seems hardly anybody speaks proper English and the only stressed guy that did was promoted into an office, closed off from communication. Lucky him? I can understand we are in Spain and one needs to adapt, but Mercedes is an international brand, Ibiza has loads and loads of car driving tourists. Plus my guesstimate is that at least 20-30% of the customers is expat/ foreign. This judging from the long waits in the crampy reception with 2 worn chairs and cheap self serviced fluid that could be coffee. While having had your car serviced one needs to check its bill: the old wiper fluid trick is still used. Meaning some fluids automatically end up on your bill that weren’t replenished. I was in charge of car dealerships for years and know the trick. Reason for always topping up wiper fluid and add-blue before turning in a car at the dealer. With Terren Auto they stil are able to put in the full amount?! One time I told the receptionist beforehand, reminding him the discussion of last time. Can you guess it already? Yep, automatically on the bill….. More irritating then? While traveling the mainland my brake pads needed a change due to early wear. This was done at a local Mercedes Dealer in Holland: Millenaar. I saved the rest of the service for Terren Auto when coming home on the island, 2000 km later. Still they automatically pulled the pads and threw them away: with thousand kilometers left on them! Again magic: no thrown away pads to be found anywhere. Today was the drop that filled the bucket of frustration: I needed some restore paint to repair some paint chipping. Mercedes sells these in a handy small brush tube, matching colors. The warehouse/ recambios of every dealer supplies these, so does Terren Auto. With a lot of traffic delay I managed to reach them at 13.25. My luck, the site says they are open till 13.30 siësta start. Because Customers are a pain at this dealer they lock everything 10 minutes earlier than the sites says, otherwise they won’t make 13.30’s Siësta Time. They saw me, talked to me, a managers was sitting at a desk looking at me, lights still on, warehouse guy finishing up and in site. But…. no service. My last annual service was 2019; the number of km one makes on the island are limited. But after the last couple of experiences like unsuccesfully waiting half an hour to get an appointment, or being send to the door 10 minutes before closing; makes that the 2020 service will be done elsewhere. Somewhere where they do appreciate customers. Terren Auto has one big advantage: they are on an island and the next dealer is a difficult boattrip, taking hours, away. This is the only ‘exclusive’ about Mercedes on Ibiza. Loyalty here is simply a lack of better. And their surveys don’t show because they are all in Spanish and no foreigner is willing or able to fill them out. This even after several mails send to their offices, asking for an multi-langual version. Something most European dealers have. So think twice before buying a car at Terren: it somewhere in time needs service and it sucks. Major……

Treatment of customers can be brutal at times. I have used Terrenauto for 15 years, but only when they were my only option!!! All customers should be treated with respect, and maybe even a smile rather than a snarl!!!! It costs nothing to treat everyone equally and with respect. Recently, it took 5 months to get my aircon fixed; but it wasn’t fixed! Now it is in their shop yet again, and only time will tell.

After waiting for 4 months since I made the appointment with jeep , I was expecting things to go a lot smoother. A cover at the back of the car disappeared… they have photos of the car hen I bought it and it was there … I notified them 4 days after I picked it up because I didn’t notice before but the car was home all the time and who would take a small round sensor cover in a car park ( that s what they say could have happened ) … they took no responsibility whatsoever… I asked to check the reverse signal that was making a lot of noise … now it s completely disconnected.. they didn’t say anything zbout .. tgat the system detected a probkem a d disconnected it automatically … maybe … they didnt touch it .. that s their words … all rudly sayong it s their wird against tgeirs , they re right 100 per crnt and that s final . Extremely unprofessional. Taking advantage of the fact they re the only one in the island . I would think twice about buying a jeep again they were so unhelpful.

Due to a burglary in our GLC 220d, we had to have the small rear right window, which was smashed, replaced during our vacation in Ibiza. The vehicle reception at Terrenauto went smoothly. The ladies and gentlemen were very courteous and knew exactly what to do. The windshield was ordered on the mainland, prepaid by us at about 40% and installed within a few hours after two days. The work was done very neatly; they even provided us with a loaner vehicle free of charge for the duration of the repair. After a few hours, our vehicle – freshly washed – was driven up for acceptance. Terrenauto is a Mercedes garage you can have absolute confidence in. The staff is very friendly and competent and speaks good English. Mercedes has an excellent representation of the brand there. We would use the services of the garage again at any time.
