We booked private chef (Carlos) and waitress (Emma) for the final evening of our holiday, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. They prepared an incredible Middle Eastern feast for 9 of us. It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The table was set beautifully, our wine was served throughout the evening, and every detail was taken care of so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. Both Carlos & Emma were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have around. They arrived with everything they needed and at the end of the evening left the kitchen and dining area spotless. It was as if they had never been there. A truly memorable evening with outstanding food and service. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Francisco and the team were absolutely amazing when we they came to prepare a private dinner at our villa for my hen party. The booking process was so easy and Francisco tailored the menu choice to suit my dietary requirements. We had an amazing brunch experience with Francisco and his team ! They were punctual, incredibly friendly, and very professional from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options and more than enough for everyone. Every dish was beautifully presented, making the whole setup look stunning. The table service was exceptional, and the team made us feel so welcome throughout the event. They are genuinely wonderful people, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Just back from 4 days in Ibiza and Aguas De Ibiza did not disappoint! We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and Marina and her team could not have done more to make our trip more memorable! We had a lovely delux corner suite overlooking the pool, gardens and marina. It was amazing! Lovely space with a huge balcony with sunbeds, breakfast table and a bath! Our room was meticulously cleaned everyday and left fresh and welcoming. Contrary to one of the reviews, everything was working and easy to use. There are 2 pool areas in the garden so that adults without kids and families alike can enjoy the outdoors. My wife and I hung on the rooftop pools though as it was adults only and there was a lovely breeze & views to recover from the parties the nights before… The location is perfect, with a 5 minute walk into Santa Eulàlia town / beach and a 3 minute walk into the marina and its various bars / restaurants. Santa Eulàlia is away from the San Antonio crowds, giving those chilled Ibiza vibes you’re probably looking for, yet about 20 mins in a cab to any of the clubs / beautiful beaches should you want to party or get away to those secluded spots. I would definitely recommend and return to Aguas De Ibiza next time we need our dose of the Island. Massive thanks to Marina and the whole team. 🥰

I simply would not recommend this hotel for your stay I think there’s far better hotels to offer these days. This was our third year staying at Aguas de Ibiza, and we were shocked by how significantly the service has declined. Having enjoyed previous stays, we returned with high expectations, but this visit left us questioning how the hotel continues to justify its five-star rating. On several occasions, housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking. Breakfast was frustratingly slow, with only two staff members taking orders, making what should have been a relaxing start to the day an unenjoyable experience for our whole party for the entire week. The service throughout our stay fell well below the standard we had previously experienced here. The food was also fairly strange with food ordered at breakfast never really hitting the mark which is surprising for £700 for the week for breakfast which seemed to be yogurts and breads? The cocktails had also noticeably declined in quality. At €16 each, we expected much better, and several people in our group asked for their drinks to be remade. Most upsetting was an incident in which a tray of coffee was spilled on me. The manager walked away, and I was later offered a free drink. I found this response dismissive and insulting given what had happened. The lack of concern was particularly disappointing seeming as I had burns all over my legs for the rest of our trip. As returning guests, it is sad to see such a decline in a hotel we previously enjoyed. There are far nicer hotels in Ibiza, and Aguas de Ibiza needs to take these shortcomings seriously if it expects guests to return and continue paying five-star prices.

Significant room for improvement. I recently visited here with my family. We had three rooms. The stay was OK but it is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The good: The hotel itself is quite nice with the reception areas and pool areas generally clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and feel warm and genuine. The restaurant on the rooftop is superb – truly excellent food and our waiter was great. Separate review left for the restaurant. The average/bad: Bits of the hotel and rooms are generally just a bit tatty or broken. The sand area around the second pool needs loads more sand – the felt below is poking out in places. There is no towel station so you have to go off and hunt for towels or a member of staff with towels. The valve to divert the shower from the head to the handheld needed a ridiculous amount of force to move and the handle was snapped off. I had to use a hand towel to move it to give enough grip and stop me cutting my hand open on the metal. The room constantly had a damp smell and we all developed a cough while there. The aircon controls are slow or intermittently unresponsive. The aircon in the room of one of my family members didn’t work. We had ants on 2 days, although they did come and spray which got rid of them. The keypads for curtains, lights, etc are partially broken or unresponsive. The service at breakfast is slow – in a 5* hotel you should be seated and your eggs/coffee order taken straight away. We would wait 10-15 mins for someone to arrive, even though it was very quiet. Some of the breakfast staff were nice and helpful, others less so. The food itself was pretty good. It’s not a huge hotel so there isn’t an enormous selection of food, but all very nice. The location is great and just 10-12 mins walk through the marina to get into town. When we checked out, there were at least 2 x pool/bar bills added to our room which were not us. On inspection of the tickets, it looked like someone had tried to replicate my name/signature although it absolutely was not our order or my handwriting. The hotel were very understanding and refunded this immediately and without further question, which was of course reassuring. The stay was OK and nothing ruined it as such, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it were clear that there had been improvements and perhaps refurbishments of the rooms.

From the wedding preparations to the big day itself, we were so happy to have this amazing team by our side. They constantly reassured us and made sure our day would be unforgettable with a truly gorgeous gastronomic experience. We ended up having an incredible celebration with many international guests, and everyone — family and friends alike — told us how amazing the food was. Many were especially impressed by the Korean dishes we requested to match our theme of a traditional Korean wedding ceremony. If life allows, we’d love to host more parties in the future with them, because this was truly one of the best days of our lives. Marc and his team have been amazing from the first time we meet, we meet Marc a year before our wedding, his easy going professionalism instantly made us choose the Britalians for our very special wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, contact and pricing was seamless. I was never left unsure of the plan, Marc responded quickly to every message. On the day, I arrived to find Marc and his team running a super professional service. The food was incredible, my wedding guests are still talking about the food months and months later. Marc’s staff ( more like family) could not do enough to make our wedding guests happy and well feed. I would honestly be confident to recommend The Britalians to anyone for any occasion. Marc is a fantastic chef. He truly made our holiday amazing, not having to worry about meal times and what to eat. He prepared our breakfast, lunches and dinners and his food was so fresh and delicious. He would be willing to make anything that we wanted including separate meals for some of the kids in our group. My favourite were his prawns and the oysters as well as the Moroccan cuisine we had one evening. Marc was so friendly and professional and we will definitely be back in touch the next time we visit Ibiza.

Marc is an absolutely brilliant chef. He is flexible, really understands what the requirements are and goes above and beyond to delight. He is also able to work to very different briefs, diets, scales, level of food and budget, which is very much appreciated and difficult to find. I have booked abel so far for probably over 20 private dinners. Once you go abel you never go back. He does not only feed the belly but also the soul. His table set-ups are proper eyeball huggers as they are art installations. His speeches are poems. The word multi sensory is overused but it applies here!

Been lucky enough to experience Abel’s creations a number of times and he never seizes to surprise me with his vision and cooking. Always a work of art with deep reverence to our planet. And the most beautiful heart – he will definitely make sure you are going to have an experience that’s beyond your expectations!

I am just grateful to have Abel at our events. His presence, his words, and, of course, his food are outstanding. You can feel the awareness and love he puts in all his hands touch. Purity, beauty and nutrition. His work is medicine for the soul. Additionally, Abel is a permaculturist and facilitator of shamanic breathing and holotropic states, so his approach to his work is holistic.

Tómas & Mercedes were an amazing culinary team! They were incredibly professional, yet open, warm and adaptable to our varying palates for a family of 15! They had an intuitive balance of completing the tasks but yet with a comfortable relationship with our family. Tómas was adaptable to our various diet restrictions (vegetarian and GF) while making delicious meals for our family members while Mercedes created a lovely ambiance with her kindness, welcoming smile, talented communication from our youngest toddler to our older members of our family. She set gorgeous tables with flowers, sangria and other local favorites! We hope to return all due to their most welcoming hospitality!!!!!

Okay, where do I even start… Thu was genuinely one of the highlights of our entire trip. We were a group of girls on a bachelorette weekend, staying at a private villa in Ibiza, and booking Thu as our private chef was honestly one of the best calls we made. We’re a mixed Asian group and went for her Vietnamese menu, which was just bomb!!! so flavourful, beautifully put together, and you could tell she really cared about every detail. Breakfast every morning was lovely too, and she even packed snacks for our boat day, which we were SO grateful for. Also for the final night a huge Grace table! I mean, just look at the photos! What really got us was how incredibly flexible and low-key she was about everything. We were on full bachelorette mode, some girls sleeping in, some already up, coming and going at all hours and Thu just rolled with it. Zero stress, zero drama. She quietly made sure we were fed, happy, and taken care of the whole time. Honestly, having her there took away all the “okay but what are we eating” chaos and made the whole weekend feel genuinely luxurious. We could just focus on having the best time, and that’s exactly what we did. I swear it was worth every penny and 10/10 Thu, if you ever read this MUCHAS GRACIAS. You were the cherry on top of a legendary weekend!!!!

I honestly can’t recommend Thu enough. I was part of the bachelorette group and she was such a huge part of what made the weekend so special. The food was incredible. Every single meal was so fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The breakfasts were amazing, the snacks for our boat day were such a thoughtful touch. More than anything, Thu was just an absolute pleasure to have around. She was so relaxed, flexible and quietly made sure everything ran smoothly while we just enjoyed ourselves. we were a group of 11 and had breakfast prepared for us in our villa by Thu and it was great! everything was really well organised, the food was delicious, and the service was spot on. The freshly made ginger shots were definitely a highlight. If you’re in Ibiza with a group of friends and want really good breakfast experience – I can definitely recommend Thu and her Team!
