A stylish selection of summer pieces, and the vibe fits the location perfectly: modern, elegant, yet laid-back. The staff was professional, but a bit too reserved – a warmer, more engaging attitude would’ve made the experience more memorable. Still, if you’re in the mood to treat yourself while on holiday, this is the place. One star off because the spark just wasn’t quite there.

We had never been in Ibiza but I knew I wanted to buy a bag from one of the stores. We went to all, but kept gravitating back towards Gucci. From the moment we walked into the store I knew we were at the right place. Jonathon was our Sales Associate and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. He helped us so much with picking out the perfect bag, we ended up buying two. We were having such a good time we almost missed our boat. I’m not sure they have checked anyone out so fast. Bags secured, receipts in hand, cab called and we were off. They were worth the scolding I got being the last people on board. My special thanks to Gucci for hiring such a special person, Jonathan you truly made my trip so special.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Ibiza boutique. I asked explicitly for a leather-free item and was sold a canvas card holder with a black leather interior — meant as a birthday gift for my son, opened in front of him on his actual birthday. Realizing the mistake at that moment was already upsetting enough. What made it worse was the follow-up call from the store. The sales associate, Andrea C., insisted this was simply a “misunderstanding,” despite the fact that we had specifically ruled out other items with beige leather interiors during the sale for the exact same reason — leather was the criterion, not the color. Her manager then described her as “excellent” at her job, which does not match what happened at all. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just a simple acknowledgment that a mistake was made. Instead, I got denial and dismissiveness from both the salesperson and her manager. That response was far more disappointing than the original error itself. Very poor customer service for a luxury brand.

Went in to look at new summer collection as every holiday I get something new I was in my normal clothes carrying my lv bag & lv sunglasses. They looked me up and down were whispering to one another. Felt so uncomfortable so I left ended up buying from Dior. Don’t judge people how they look!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Extremely rude woman who eventually dained to serve us. I would have walked away, but my daughter wanted to purchase. Having owned a prestigious boutique myself, I found her attitude appalling. Would not recommend.

Hoy al cabo de pocos días amanecimos con un mensaje de WhatsApp “podéis venir a recoger el Bolso, saludos…” Pues ya podéis pensaros la cantidad de veces que he oído cuando podemos ir a por el por parte de mi pareja 🙈 La entrega de dicho Bolso nos dejó SUPER encantados. Mejor de lo pensado con tantos pequeños detalles que por su coste vs horas, material y etc. ha merecido la pena. Conclusión: Herpes, Luís Vitoni o Pucci lo puede tener cualquiera. Visited the Ibiza Loewe store to checkout a bag and was told I could leave the sales assistant a message on whatsapp to reserve it for the next day. The next day comes and they had already sold the bag. This is the second time Loewe ” reserved” a bag for me and sold it to someone else the next day. Miscommunications happen, but the least customer service could do is offer an apology.

We love this store and the staff. My sister and I visited when we were on holiday and the staff (especially Markel and Miguel) were so friendly and helpful. We love our bags! We will be back when we come back to Ibiza. Thanks Markel and Miguel.

Beautiful designs and excellent craftsmanship. The quality of the belt I bought is truly impressive and worth the price. My only suggestion would be to improve the packaging — for example, offering a proper belt pouch or a more premium bag would make the overall experience feel as high-end as the product itself.

I bought a belt at the cuero a few years ago. We went back to get one for my husband. When we entered the shop with our kids, the lady wansn’t greeting and talking loud to another woman. We looked at the belts and bags and waited patiently for her attention. Suddenly she said unfriendly to us: “We don’t want the kids to play around. We want people to appreciate our work!” (The kids touched a leather ball but certainly didn’t play around). The next day we bought two belts at Las Dalias and this guy was very friendly and helpful. They sell leather goods made by the owner’s father, fabrics and clothing and jewellery items bought from India.
