I booked a lymphatic massage at the Nobu Hotel spa and I was really satisfied with the experience. I really appreciated the fact that the spa is equipped with device, such as pressotherapy, which completed the treatment and amplified its benefits. The combination of the massage with this technology made the final result even more effective, leaving me with a pleasant feeling of lightness and well-being. Elegant, relaxing environment with attention to the smallest details. Special thanks to Silvia for her professionalism and the quality of the treatment. I highly recommend this spa to those who want a real wellness experience.

The following are 10/10: 1. The staff are amazing, super responsive and accomodating with our requests. 2. The hotel location is very close to the main town where all the fun are, there is a beach connecting you to local businesses with great food & drinks choices as well. 3. The food in Chambao and Nobu restaurants are both top notch. Everything is pricey but the taste and presentation make up for it. My main issues are: 1. Our neighbours were having a really loud party which is understandable for Ibiza but then that means there should some soundproofing. The staff did help me to turn down their volume so that’s a plus. (7.5/10) 2. The room that we got (Junior Suite) was small. There is only partial sea view, not the full view. The room decor is very clean and simple. This was an upgrade from our original booking so we are grateful for it but I can see myself being upset if I paid full price for this room. (6/10)

We stayed at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay from 14–17 September and had such a lovely time. We came away with some really special family memories. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to that view each morning was a real highlight. We also really appreciated how quiet the hotel was in terms of noise. Despite being in a great location with plenty nearby, we were never disturbed by outside noise or activity around the hotel. Our room felt peaceful, especially in the evenings and at night, which made it very comfortable for us travelling with a young child. Breakfast at Chambao was excellent. The quality of the food was consistently very good, the setting was lovely and it was a great way to start each day. A special mention as well to Martina at Chambao, who was such a lovely person and always made us feel very welcome. The location worked really well for us too. There are plenty of places nearby, including La Vanda, Almar, Simbad and Terrazza Unico, so there are lots of options within easy reach. The sea is just outside the hotel and only a very short walk away if you want to go for a swim. If not, the hotel also has a main pool and a family pool, which was perfect for us travelling with our little boy. What really made the stay for us, though, was the team. We are especially grateful to Francisco Barros and Maria Aledo Lopez, who looked after us so well throughout our stay, and also to Marcos Serra and the wider team. Their kindness, attention and genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. Our son Ragnar was made to feel incredibly special too. Pretty much every evening there was a little surprise for him from the team, which he absolutely loved. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated as parents. We also want to thank everyone across Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Chambao and the wider hotel team. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the service always felt natural and genuine. Thank you again to Francisco, Maria, Marcos, Martina and the whole team for taking such good care of us. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay to family and friends. 5/5 and we would definitely return.

Just back from 4 days in Ibiza and Aguas De Ibiza did not disappoint! We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and Marina and her team could not have done more to make our trip more memorable! We had a lovely delux corner suite overlooking the pool, gardens and marina. It was amazing! Lovely space with a huge balcony with sunbeds, breakfast table and a bath! Our room was meticulously cleaned everyday and left fresh and welcoming. Contrary to one of the reviews, everything was working and easy to use. There are 2 pool areas in the garden so that adults without kids and families alike can enjoy the outdoors. My wife and I hung on the rooftop pools though as it was adults only and there was a lovely breeze & views to recover from the parties the nights before… The location is perfect, with a 5 minute walk into Santa Eulàlia town / beach and a 3 minute walk into the marina and its various bars / restaurants. Santa Eulàlia is away from the San Antonio crowds, giving those chilled Ibiza vibes you’re probably looking for, yet about 20 mins in a cab to any of the clubs / beautiful beaches should you want to party or get away to those secluded spots. I would definitely recommend and return to Aguas De Ibiza next time we need our dose of the Island. Massive thanks to Marina and the whole team. 🥰

I simply would not recommend this hotel for your stay I think there’s far better hotels to offer these days. This was our third year staying at Aguas de Ibiza, and we were shocked by how significantly the service has declined. Having enjoyed previous stays, we returned with high expectations, but this visit left us questioning how the hotel continues to justify its five-star rating. On several occasions, housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking. Breakfast was frustratingly slow, with only two staff members taking orders, making what should have been a relaxing start to the day an unenjoyable experience for our whole party for the entire week. The service throughout our stay fell well below the standard we had previously experienced here. The food was also fairly strange with food ordered at breakfast never really hitting the mark which is surprising for £700 for the week for breakfast which seemed to be yogurts and breads? The cocktails had also noticeably declined in quality. At €16 each, we expected much better, and several people in our group asked for their drinks to be remade. Most upsetting was an incident in which a tray of coffee was spilled on me. The manager walked away, and I was later offered a free drink. I found this response dismissive and insulting given what had happened. The lack of concern was particularly disappointing seeming as I had burns all over my legs for the rest of our trip. As returning guests, it is sad to see such a decline in a hotel we previously enjoyed. There are far nicer hotels in Ibiza, and Aguas de Ibiza needs to take these shortcomings seriously if it expects guests to return and continue paying five-star prices.

Significant room for improvement. I recently visited here with my family. We had three rooms. The stay was OK but it is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The good: The hotel itself is quite nice with the reception areas and pool areas generally clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and feel warm and genuine. The restaurant on the rooftop is superb – truly excellent food and our waiter was great. Separate review left for the restaurant. The average/bad: Bits of the hotel and rooms are generally just a bit tatty or broken. The sand area around the second pool needs loads more sand – the felt below is poking out in places. There is no towel station so you have to go off and hunt for towels or a member of staff with towels. The valve to divert the shower from the head to the handheld needed a ridiculous amount of force to move and the handle was snapped off. I had to use a hand towel to move it to give enough grip and stop me cutting my hand open on the metal. The room constantly had a damp smell and we all developed a cough while there. The aircon controls are slow or intermittently unresponsive. The aircon in the room of one of my family members didn’t work. We had ants on 2 days, although they did come and spray which got rid of them. The keypads for curtains, lights, etc are partially broken or unresponsive. The service at breakfast is slow – in a 5* hotel you should be seated and your eggs/coffee order taken straight away. We would wait 10-15 mins for someone to arrive, even though it was very quiet. Some of the breakfast staff were nice and helpful, others less so. The food itself was pretty good. It’s not a huge hotel so there isn’t an enormous selection of food, but all very nice. The location is great and just 10-12 mins walk through the marina to get into town. When we checked out, there were at least 2 x pool/bar bills added to our room which were not us. On inspection of the tickets, it looked like someone had tried to replicate my name/signature although it absolutely was not our order or my handwriting. The hotel were very understanding and refunded this immediately and without further question, which was of course reassuring. The stay was OK and nothing ruined it as such, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it were clear that there had been improvements and perhaps refurbishments of the rooms.

Absolute best holiday I have had in a long time! The service is incredible, the rooms were cleaned everyday and we even got towels at night + a cute little midnight snack and weather update for the day after. The food for breakfast, at the pool bar and the restaurant is insanely good. We ended up eating here almost every night. The Iberico ham with melon balls will forever live rent-free in my mind. And the tiramisu made at your table? Wow! Incredible addition. I really want to thank every single member from the Las Mimosas team for the incredible service they’ve provided to my mother and me. You have made this trip worthwhile and filled with memories and new knowledge! I’m sure we will return very, very soon! ✨

We had an amazing stay here. It’s rare to find a hotel that welcomes children and babies while maintaining such a stylish atmosphere, high standards, and attention to detail. As a family, we’ve struggled to find places that truly cater to both adults and little ones, but this hotel does it perfectly. The backyard landscaping is beautiful and welcoming as well as the interior. The staff were the highlight of our visit. Everyone was warm, friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. There are so many wonderful people working here, and they made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Food at Mimo’s is great also and had nice variety in the menu. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to other families looking for a beautiful, high-quality hotel experience. ❤️

The resort is recognized for its warm and attentive staff, who strive to create memorable stays, particularly for special occasions. It has been a stay full of wonderful surprises. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness from the entire staff. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities waiting for us. We especially recommend dining at the Beach Caves restaurant and trying the sea bass and the beef tenderloin—they were both outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had an incredible few days!

⭐ 1/10 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Six Senses Ibiza was deeply disappointing. During my stay from June 6 to June 9, cash disappeared from my bag while it was inside my room. The bag was only left unattended when we were at the pool during the daytime. I also personally observed a member of staff entering the room to check the minibar while we were away. After carefully retracing everything that happened during our stay, I cannot identify any other realistic opportunity for the money to have gone missing. What is most shocking is that this happened at a hotel that markets itself as one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in Ibiza. Guests paying thousands of euros per stay should not have to worry about the safety of their personal belongings inside their own room. The missing money included both euros and Russian rubles. The incident has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and has completely destroyed the sense of security and trust that a luxury hotel is supposed to provide. After discovering the loss, I researched online reviews, news articles, and other publicly available sources. To my surprise, I found that I am not the first guest to report concerns regarding missing valuables during a stay at this property. This made the situation even more alarming and reinforced my concerns about guest security. I have requested that the hotel review key-card access records and security footage, and I hope a proper investigation is conducted. Until then, I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values the security of their belongings. Beautiful location and design cannot compensate for a situation where a guest leaves feeling that money has disappeared from their room and receives no immediate answers. Very disappointing experience.

Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa offers a tranquil escape in Santa Eulària des Riu, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat. The dining experience is noteworthy, with a good selection of fresh ingredients available for both breakfast and dinner.

While the hotel boasts an attractive setting and architectural appeal, attention to detail in its communal areas could elevate the overall ambiance. Enhancements such as improved lighting, updated decorative elements, and a more consistent atmosphere throughout the day would further refine the luxurious experience it aims to provide, ensuring a truly memorable stay.

We spent two weeks in the hotel in a Junior Suite with sea view. The rooms are spacious, clean and well presented with a turn down service every day. The pool is large, very clean and well attended whilst the food in the hotel is really good at dinner and breakfast with lots of choice and fresh ingredients. If you’re choosing this hotel you are wanting a relaxing, quiet and chilled time with good access to the main town. Areas from our experience that would make you not choose the hotel – pool bar, shuts at 6 whilst the pool can stay open. For us this was a shame as this is best time of day when it’s cooler and you want to enjoy a quiet drink – staff, really friendly and polite but there aren’t enough of them. We waited over 30 minutes one morning to order a cab as reception was not manned correctly – lobby bar, devoid of any atmosphere, as per my other note if can take an age to get served and was lacking table service – being charged for water at dinner! This is free in you’re room and at breakfast yet in the evening you are charged, this wasn’t made clear to us at all – not being able to switch your half board dinner for lunch. There are numerous great places to eat in the town, it’s the only hotel that we’ve experienced that won’t allow this switch I agree the hotel deserves is star rating, as an experience I feel a few tweaks would make it all the better

Dear Management Team, I am currently staying at the Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa and wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the overall presentation and atmosphere of the hotel. The property itself has a beautiful setting, impressive architecture and clearly has the potential to feel like a very special five-star hotel. However, I have been disappointed by a number of details which, in my view, are preventing it from delivering the level of experience expected from a hotel of this category. In particular, I have noticed several decorative water features that are not operating, large areas and desks that appear quite empty with very little artwork or decoration, and communal spaces that feel rather dark during the daytime. There also appears to be very little background music or atmosphere throughout the day. Individually these may seem like relatively minor points, but collectively they make some of the public areas feel neglected and lacking in energy. A five-star hotel is not only about the size of the rooms or facilities; the lighting, decoration, maintenance, music and overall ambience are equally important to the guest experience. It is particularly noticeable because the hotel itself has so much potential. With better lighting, functioning water features, more artwork or floral displays, and some appropriate daytime background music, I believe the atmosphere could be transformed considerably without requiring major changes to the property. I am sharing this feedback genuinely constructively, as I feel the hotel could offer a much more impressive and luxurious experience with greater attention to these details. I would appreciate it if you could pass my comments to the General Manager and relevant management team. Kind regards,

We’ve stayed here many times (5, I think). The hotel is a very chill, quiet and classy place to stay. Don’t come here expecting loud ‘entertainment’ in the evening. But, you do get lovely rooms, a nice pool area, and some good food. And the location is great; a short stroll to the quieter end of the beach, and 10 mins into the centre of Santa Eulalia. We stayed in a prestige suite, which was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The roof deck is great, you can sit in full sun or shade (there is a parasol), and it was really peaceful. My only criticism would be that certain aspects looked a bit faded. A refresh of furniture and cupboards wouldn’t go amiss. The sheets, bedding and towels could also be softer, given this is a 5* hotel. Breakfast buffet is pretty good, nice and fresh and a good choice. Please, please, improve the coffee though – it’s really not very good. Service was great, apart from our welcome at reception. The person who checked us in wasn’t friendly. We only got offered a welcome drink after almost completing check-in. I really don’t understand this. Almost everyone has had a long trip (we left at 4am) — it doesn’t take much to engage in friendly conversation. The saving grace was the porter who fetched our welcome drinks and took the luggage to the room, and showed us how things worked (the jacuzzi etc). He was really friendly. One last thing, thank you for the Cava and chocolates on the first day. A nice touch.

Disappointing Experience: Far Below 5-Star Standards Our recent stay at Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa was extremely disappointing and fell drastically short of luxury expectations. Despite its official classification, the overall service, maintenance, and guest management were comparable to a sub-par 3-star property. Poor Service & Lack of Hospitality From arrival to departure, customer service was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Upon check-in, no bellhop service was offered, leaving us to drag our own luggage to the room without any orientation or explanation of the amenities. When it rained heavily, we asked the front desk for an umbrella, only to be flatly refused. The poolside experience was equally unpleasant: instead of a warm welcome, the staff immediately launched into a harsh, condescending list of restrictions (no drinks by the pool, smoking restricted to designated corners, etc.), which could have been communicated far more diplomatically. Substandard Room & Cleanliness We booked the Prestige Junior Suite, but the room felt outdated, worn out, and had a persistent musty smell. The highlighted feature—our private rooftop jacuzzi—was dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a widespread issue throughout the resort; by 11:00 AM, the public restrooms in the main area were filthy and neglected. Misleading Amenities & Unusable Spa The spa was advertised and sold to us with “unlimited access,” but upon arrival, we were told it was fully booked for two days. Only upon re-reading the fine print did we discover that advance reservations were mandatory—a detail conveniently omitted during the sales process. Furthermore, other guests informed us that two out of the four saunas were entirely out of order. Flawed Dining Operations The breakfast service was chaotic and frustrating. At the live cooking station, the chef insisted that guests walk away to fetch their own plates, even though pre-heated plates were stacked directly beside him for favored guests. Additionally, roughly 20% of the food buffet description tags were completely misplaced, making basic dining unnecessarily confusing. Dishonest Management Response When we requested a late check-out as reasonable compensation for these ongoing issues, management refused, claiming the hotel was completely fully booked. However, a quick check online revealed that seven different room categories were still actively available for booking that same day. Summary: Service: Inhospitable, inflexible, and unhelpful across almost all departments. Transparency: Amenities are oversold while critical restrictions are hidden in the fine print. Maintenance & Hygiene: Outdated facilities, broken equipment, and unacceptable cleanliness standards for a luxury resort. We cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere for a true luxury experience on Ibiza.

We spent an afternoon at Open Spa during our stay at Ibiza Gran Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. We booked a couple massage and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Our therapists were incredibly professional and made us feel completely relaxed from the very beginning. You can immediately tell you’re in expert hands. After the treatment, we spent time exploring the spa itself, and it’s honestly one of the most beautiful wellness spaces we’ve seen in a hotel. The hydrotherapy circuit is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with heated hydromassage pools, a sauna, a steam room, contrast experiences and beautiful relaxation areas. What we loved most was the atmosphere. It felt incredibly peaceful, warm and welcoming throughout. It’s the perfect place to disconnect for a few hours and completely slow down.

I visited OpenSpa today while on holiday in Ibiza, and it was exactly what I needed for recovery. After a 90-minute session, I felt absolutely amazing! The facilities are fantastic—beautiful hot sauna, steam room and a variety of functional showers (rain shower, fog shower, and more). The water therapy zones were excellent, and the cold plunge was a real highlight. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Another great perk is that you get unlimited gym access before or after your therapy session. The gym itself was superb—modern, spacious, and with excellent facilities, which made the whole experience feel even more complete. A big thank you to Ricardo, who looked after us so well—he was attentive, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re in or around Ibiza Old Town—or even elsewhere on the island—it’s well worth the trip. I can’t recommend OpenSpa highly enough!

Just returned from a 3 day stay, what a lovely place! Really good sized rooms, enormous comfortable bed with lovely bathroom. Lounge area great with a sofa bed which was more than fine for an 11 & 14 year old. Kitchen area too with fridge etc. Good sized patio with beds, seating area…some more shade would have been great as it was too hot to use, but a lovely space nonetheless. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all fabulous, very friendly. Pool area well maintained with towels available. And a short flat walk to the beach & shops. We will definitely return & would highly recommend!

A superb stay at the Olive. We celebrated two special occasions, a birthday and engagement, whilst at The Olive. Firstly we were given a room upgrade. The staff decorated our room to celebrate the birthday whilst we were out, that was a lovely surprise to come back to. The staff recommended and arranged restaurant reservations for us, all of which made for a magical stay at The Olive and on the island of Ibiza. The hotel has such a good, chilled and happy vibe about it but its the staff that make this place, Simone and her colleagues could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was unforgettable and it was exactly that, unforgettable. We came away, with a tear in the eye, feeling as if we had made real friends of all. A massive thank you to all of you, we will be back in 2026 Paul & Maisie

Mixed feelings about the services. I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews. I had two treatments at this center. On the first day, they had given me availability for a one-hour session, but when I arrived 15 minutes later, they told me that the slot had been booked online in the meantime, so instead of one hour, I only had 30 minutes available. It was still a lovely experience — Francesca, the massage therapist, is excellent and very attentive. The next day, I came back asking for another treatment. At first, they told me to wait 15 minutes, and I paid for a one-hour session. Then they told me the therapist was off-site for another appointment, and I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. During the massage, the therapist (I don’t remember her name) started sending messages — presumably to friends — although when I asked for an explanation, she said they were for clients. When I asked her a second time to stop using her phone, I got upset and said I would ask for a refund. Only then did she put the phone down. The treatment ended 10 minutes early. It wasn’t a relaxing experience, and it’s a shame that such a beautiful place, with skilled professionals working there, is put in a bad light by unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Unfortunately, I also work in wellness treatments and know how important it is to treat clients properly. I was truly disappointed by the behavior I experienced — but I highly recommend Francesca. She’s truly outstanding.

I did the floating waterfalls + appetizer package and honestly the views are incredible. There are some aspects that could be improved, such as the duration of the tour or the state of the paint in some places. The tour has 8 pools, which were originally 16 and some were not operational. The staff during the treatment were very kind. When we finished, they accompanied us for the appetizer but did not explain what each thing was. I would like to highlight Noelia’s kindness. I recommend the place but some aspects could be polished given that it is an establishment annexed to a 5-star hacienda. In summary, value for money is not bad but you pay for the views and there are things to improve, such as having a swimsuit dryer in the changing rooms or that they are not shared. Translated commentShow original
