An absolutely disappointing experience. In our experience, this is a very unserious, informal company that has generated a total lack of trust. On repeated occasions, we have arranged dates to carry out work and they have not shown up, without prior notice or a reasonable explanation afterwards. This has caused us significant damage, even leading to the cancellation of charters and the reorganization of the boat’s operations, assuming they would show up, only for them not to appear. Even more serious: they have billed us for hours of work that, as we have been able to verify, were not performed, allegedly even telling crew members not to say anything, under the argument of “you win some, you lose some”. We have also had problems even after installing new equipment, as they have subsequently failed to carry out scheduled maintenance on that same equipment, despite having previously agreed to do so. We are not talking about a one-off delay or an isolated misunderstanding, but about situations that have been repeated on numerous occasions. After our experience, the feeling is one of an absolute lack of seriousness, professionalism, and reliability. En repetidas ocasiones hemos concertado fechas para realizar trabajos y directamente no se han presentado, sin avisar previamente ni dar después una explicación razonable. Esto nos ha ocasionado perjuicios importantes, llegando incluso a cancelar charters y reorganizar la operativa de la embarcación contando con que iban a acudir, para finalmente no aparecer. Más grave todavía: nos han facturado horas de trabajo que, según hemos podido comprobar, no se habían realizado, llegando presuntamente a indicar a miembros de la tripulación que no dijeran nada, bajo el argumento de que “unas por otras”. También hemos tenido problemas incluso después de instalar equipos nuevos, ya que posteriormente no han acudido a realizar mantenimientos programados de esos mismos equipos, pese a haber quedado previamente con ellos. No estamos hablando de un retraso puntual o de un malentendido aislado, sino de situaciones que se han repetido en numerosas ocasiones. Después de nuestra experiencia, la sensación es de una falta absoluta de seriedad, profesionalidad y fiabilidad. Avoid this company. I was recommended to them by another Volvo agent when I had a breakdown just outside Botafoch, where they are based. I was desperate and anchored offshore, unable to control the boat. Despite this, they said they were too busy, period. I was literally right at the harbor entrance! They have already informed Volvo, as they are obliged to help Volvo customers outside their territory who have problems with their engines. Please avoid and hire one of their competitors; they do not deserve to represent the Volvo brand.Eviten esta empresa.
