had an incredible experience at The High Class Ibiza. As a tourist, this place truly shapes a positive image of the island and its people. The staff is beyond professional and friendly—they speak English, Spanish, and Italian, which makes everything so much easier. What I appreciated the most was their patience; they really take the time to listen and understand you, even if you’re struggling with broken English. The atmosphere is top-notch. I’m absolutely sure that if Bob Marley were alive today, this would be his go-to spot on the island. Very satisfied with my visit! 🙏

From the very first moment, the experience was professional, fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The staff made me feel welcome right away, and everything was handled smoothly with a great attitude and genuine customer care. I also tried the Flow White strain, which smelled absolutely amazing, but I couldn’t resist mixing it with Pineapple Express .. what a combination! Smooth, flavorful, and truly enjoyable. A top-class club with top-class service and quality products. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere, excellent strains, and a seamless experience.

There are very few cannabis clubs in Ibiza that you can visit with complete confidence, and this is definitely one of them. The quality of the products is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They even offered me a complimentary drink, which was a really nice touch! The opening hours are very convenient and flexible, making it easy to visit whenever you need. I highly recommend this club to anyone looking for top-quality products and excellent customer service in Ibiza.

Amazing food with an incredible Ibiza setting. The food at Amante was genuinely amazing. I had a fresh fish starter followed by the grilled monkfish with confit potatoes and aubergine, with Padrón peppers on the side. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the monkfish was a standout; perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavor. I finished with the pistachio tiramisu and an espresso, and the tiramisu was fantastic. Add in the beautiful setting, incredible views and atmosphere, and this was easily one of the highlights of my time in Ibiza. Definitely worth visiting, and I would absolutely come back.

One of the most beautiful spots in the island! We came here for dinner and it was absolutely incredible! The whole beach was candlelit and even if it was dark the view of Cala Llonga was stunning! The food is incredible, with the langostine tartare and the squid ink rice being my personal favourites. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, explaining every dish perfectly. Yes it’s not on the cheap side but it’s totally worth a visit! Would highly recommend!

We had a private dinner here and Anna went above and beyond to make sure it was so special. The service was amazing. The views are some of the most beautiful we have seen. You are paying for the atmosphere. We did a five course dinner with a wine pairing. The food was good, not amazing. Which I would expect at whatever price my husband probably paid. But it was fine. It was definitely an experience and I am glad we did it. But we would probably not be back. They were also very great about all my allergies and being on top of that. Again, the experience, service and atmosphere is top notch.

There is a special feel to the restaurant, unfortunately we went at night so we didn’t get to experience the views, but it was still a beautiful setting. The food was a bit hit and miss. I thoroughly enjoyed the courgette and bean salad, and the Iberian ham was good. My friend and I had the cremoso with lobster which was plentiful and tasty. I sampled the octopus as I’m not terribly keen on it – my opinion hasn’t changed. The broccoli was disappointing, basically just boiled and very bland. My friends had the lamb and weren’t impressed with it either. The service was lovely and friendly.

This place is pretty incredible. We arrived around midday for the sunbeds, and the view over the bay was simply outstanding. That blue water… absolutely to die for! 😍 The service was incredibly attentive, and we decided to stay for a late lunch — which turned out to be fantastic. The food was great, the service excellent, and the view and atmosphere were about as good as it gets. The view! Honestly, wow. We also had a few cocktails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. 🍸 Overall, we had a fantastic day here. It’s certainly not cheap, but you don’t come to a place like this expecting it to be — you come for the whole experience, and it delivered. Definitely worth it! If one can afford it 😅

We visited Pikes yesterday for lunch. Four girls who all loved George Michael and so this was a ‘must see’ place for us to see where Club Tropicana had been filmed. It didn’t disappoint. The location and setting was perfect. Our meal was fabulous, the choice, quality and presentation was amazing. We just had 4 mains and all shared, it was outstanding. The waiters and waitresses serving us were so friendly and polite. Afterwards we wanted to wander around and check out the venue. Carmela, the General Manager, found us and gave us the whole tour. She explained where all the filming had taken place, where ‘our George’ had stayed, she took the time to show us everything, including all the Freddie Mercury parts, even though we were just lunch guests. She could not have been more welcoming and helpful, we loved her and she made it an unforgettable experience for us. Thank you Carmela, your passion for Pikes shines through and you are a credit to such an iconic place. We’d recommend Pikes to anyone visiting Ibiza xxx

Fantastic venue let down by unacceptable security conduct. We visited Pikes recently for dinner and a night out and on the whole had a wonderful time. The venue itself is iconic, the food was excellent, staff in the restaurant and bar were warm, attentive and made us feel very welcome. It’s easy to see why Pikes has the reputation it does. Unfortunately the evening was seriously let down by an experience with a member of the security team. On two separate occasions during the same night, he approached my wife directly and challenged her, suggesting she was a ‘working girl’. This was completely unprovoked, disrespectful and intimidating. My wife was understandably upset and embarrassed, and it put a real dampener on what should have been a special night. We have no complaint about being a well-managed, safe venue, but there is a professional way to do that and this was not it. Singling out a female guest in this way is unacceptable. We would consider returning because the restaurant and atmosphere are excellent, but we hope management will address this with their door team. Guests should be able to enjoy Pikes without being harassed and demeaned. 3/5 stars – food and general staff 5/5, security experience 1/5.

We’ve been staying at pikes every summer for years now, this time our expectations were exceeded. The place has kept its magic since the good old days, breakfast was top as always, good that its kept until 11am. On Tuesday 1st we were lucky to come down the pool and see a new dj on the decks, Lola, who brought a new, fresh, positive energy to the place. We look forward to be able to seeing her play more often in our next visits. Silvia on the restaurant was great as always with her recommendations. We are looking forward to stay next year more time, thanks to all the staff xx

Just back from 4 days in Ibiza and Aguas De Ibiza did not disappoint! We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and Marina and her team could not have done more to make our trip more memorable! We had a lovely delux corner suite overlooking the pool, gardens and marina. It was amazing! Lovely space with a huge balcony with sunbeds, breakfast table and a bath! Our room was meticulously cleaned everyday and left fresh and welcoming. Contrary to one of the reviews, everything was working and easy to use. There are 2 pool areas in the garden so that adults without kids and families alike can enjoy the outdoors. My wife and I hung on the rooftop pools though as it was adults only and there was a lovely breeze & views to recover from the parties the nights before… The location is perfect, with a 5 minute walk into Santa Eulàlia town / beach and a 3 minute walk into the marina and its various bars / restaurants. Santa Eulàlia is away from the San Antonio crowds, giving those chilled Ibiza vibes you’re probably looking for, yet about 20 mins in a cab to any of the clubs / beautiful beaches should you want to party or get away to those secluded spots. I would definitely recommend and return to Aguas De Ibiza next time we need our dose of the Island. Massive thanks to Marina and the whole team. 🥰

I simply would not recommend this hotel for your stay I think there’s far better hotels to offer these days. This was our third year staying at Aguas de Ibiza, and we were shocked by how significantly the service has declined. Having enjoyed previous stays, we returned with high expectations, but this visit left us questioning how the hotel continues to justify its five-star rating. On several occasions, housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking. Breakfast was frustratingly slow, with only two staff members taking orders, making what should have been a relaxing start to the day an unenjoyable experience for our whole party for the entire week. The service throughout our stay fell well below the standard we had previously experienced here. The food was also fairly strange with food ordered at breakfast never really hitting the mark which is surprising for £700 for the week for breakfast which seemed to be yogurts and breads? The cocktails had also noticeably declined in quality. At €16 each, we expected much better, and several people in our group asked for their drinks to be remade. Most upsetting was an incident in which a tray of coffee was spilled on me. The manager walked away, and I was later offered a free drink. I found this response dismissive and insulting given what had happened. The lack of concern was particularly disappointing seeming as I had burns all over my legs for the rest of our trip. As returning guests, it is sad to see such a decline in a hotel we previously enjoyed. There are far nicer hotels in Ibiza, and Aguas de Ibiza needs to take these shortcomings seriously if it expects guests to return and continue paying five-star prices.

Significant room for improvement. I recently visited here with my family. We had three rooms. The stay was OK but it is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The good: The hotel itself is quite nice with the reception areas and pool areas generally clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and feel warm and genuine. The restaurant on the rooftop is superb – truly excellent food and our waiter was great. Separate review left for the restaurant. The average/bad: Bits of the hotel and rooms are generally just a bit tatty or broken. The sand area around the second pool needs loads more sand – the felt below is poking out in places. There is no towel station so you have to go off and hunt for towels or a member of staff with towels. The valve to divert the shower from the head to the handheld needed a ridiculous amount of force to move and the handle was snapped off. I had to use a hand towel to move it to give enough grip and stop me cutting my hand open on the metal. The room constantly had a damp smell and we all developed a cough while there. The aircon controls are slow or intermittently unresponsive. The aircon in the room of one of my family members didn’t work. We had ants on 2 days, although they did come and spray which got rid of them. The keypads for curtains, lights, etc are partially broken or unresponsive. The service at breakfast is slow – in a 5* hotel you should be seated and your eggs/coffee order taken straight away. We would wait 10-15 mins for someone to arrive, even though it was very quiet. Some of the breakfast staff were nice and helpful, others less so. The food itself was pretty good. It’s not a huge hotel so there isn’t an enormous selection of food, but all very nice. The location is great and just 10-12 mins walk through the marina to get into town. When we checked out, there were at least 2 x pool/bar bills added to our room which were not us. On inspection of the tickets, it looked like someone had tried to replicate my name/signature although it absolutely was not our order or my handwriting. The hotel were very understanding and refunded this immediately and without further question, which was of course reassuring. The stay was OK and nothing ruined it as such, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it were clear that there had been improvements and perhaps refurbishments of the rooms.

My wife and I stayed at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel for two nights, from Monday to Wednesday, and everything was absolutely amazing. Diana Jarcau from the concierge team made our stay even more special. She took care of every detail and fulfilled all of our requests with exceptional professionalism and kindness. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at any five-star hotel. The rooms are beautiful as well. As for the parties, the atmosphere was incredible. During our stay, we attended David Guetta and Ozuna, and on the day of our check-out, we spent the afternoon by the pool before buying tickets to attend Dimitri Vegas that evening. One evening, we had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely outstanding. It was the best beef tartare I’ve ever had, and without a doubt, the best Beef Wellington as well! The pool is beautiful, and the atmosphere is simply perfect. The music starts after 1:00 PM, creating a great vibe throughout the afternoon. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other venues in Ibiza. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it! We will definitely be coming back every year. It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Ushuaïa, and a very special thank you to Diana!

My partner and I had the pleasure of having our wedding ceremony at Kazamor in June this year. The owners Ged and Karen could not have been any more accommodating, they are so kind and knowledgeable that we instantly knew that this was the place for us. The venue is stunning, open with shaded areas amongst the palm trees and views that are postcard perfect. The good thing about this venue is you can make it as minimalistic or as grand as you like. Our wedding planner works a lot with the venue for other weddings and was able to create a super chilled vibe, exactly to our taste, she was also a recommendation from Ged & Karen which I am super thankful for. We had our wedding recently at Kazamor on the 6th July 2024. This venue is absolutely stunning and the owners are so lovely! We viewed this venue back in 2022 and knew straight away that it was perfect for us. The venue has some stunning views and is ideal if you want your event to be held outdoors. We had a small party of 30 however this venue suits big and small parties. You could easily fit over 100 people here! The bar and dancefloor area is large and the palm trees are magnificent. We loved how the venue flowed from the ceremony area, to the dining area and the bar/dancefloor. We had a tropical theme for our wedding at Kazamor however we’ve seen photos of other themed weddings held at this venue and they all look amazing. Perhaps one day we can return for vow renewals… or another party! Rachel & Kieran xxx

Full and honest review – we had an excellent stay here for 10 days. Party of 9 ranging in ages from 9 to 85 and all loved it. The food, the staff, the different pools it was super. The staff – restaurant and bar were so friendly and the entertainment was the best we have ever had over the years. They were soooo good with the kids – thank you all. Housekeeping, all very helpful and no issues with extra towels, etc. Beach next door is so handy if you need a break, only a 3 min walk. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely horrible hotel, rooms are ancient and show signs of excessive use. Skirting boards in bits, shower head broken lots of nigley bits etc. Our aircon leaked constantly and cause me to slip on the tiles which reception did not care about. Maintenance had to be called twice to try and fix the problem. Football pitch was a free for all, 30 kids running around with no supervision. Another lovely family from the UK had one of their kids racialy abused by another kid and was not allowed to join in on the football. Absolutely disgusting behavior. To be fair some of the staff where helpful, especially the Portuguese football coach sorry for forgetting his name but helpful was highly profesional and polite bar staff and restaurant staff were also nice. Food was ok maybe 40% of the time. Entertainment to be fair was pretty good, a lot of time put int it by the entertainment team. As for tui themselves I would never use to book a holiday ever again. If you like to do anything other than sit in the hotel all day do not book this hotel, you can get taxis by car or water which is handy but has nowhere nice you can walk to as you would get with most resorts close to a town. The only thing I could recommend about the hotel is the infinity bar which has lovely views.

We have just returned from a seven-night stay at Serenis Country Club Hotel, and unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue that was never resolved. The main problem was that the air conditioning in the bedroom did not work for the entire duration of our stay. Although the living area cooled down, the bedroom remained around 30°C every night despite the air conditioning being set to its lowest temperature. We were travelling with our 8-month-old baby, making this particularly difficult as none of us slept properly throughout the holiday. We reported the issue to reception on multiple occasions from the second day of our stay. Maintenance visited several times and repeatedly claimed the system was working, but the bedroom temperature never improved. The only solution offered was a fan, which was noisy throughout the night and not an adequate substitute for the air conditioning that was advertised. We also experienced two days without clean pool towels due to laundry issues, which was disappointing. The staff we dealt with were polite and TUI did their best to intervene, but unfortunately the hotel never resolved the problem. On one occasion, a member of reception even advised that the air conditioning in this style of room wasn’t powerful enough to cool both rooms because of energy usage, which left us questioning whether this is a known issue. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself has many positives. The grounds are well maintained, the pools are lovely, and there is plenty for families to do. However, after spending a considerable amount of money on our holiday, we did not expect to spend all seven nights sleeping in a bedroom that remained unbearably hot. I hope the hotel addresses this issue properly, as it significantly impacted what should have been a relaxing family holiday.

I had really high hopes for this place with it being a holiday village. It was our first family holiday abroad with our 3 year old, we opted for a sea view room and thought this would be the perfect place. Our room smelt really damp, it’s extremely run down and tired it needs a good revamp. The shower was awful, so slow and you could never find a good temperature either boiling hot or freezing. The beds were rock hard and even though they knew we were a family of 3 we had to put the sofa bed together ourselves which took 45 minutes to figure out! Out sea view balcony had no privacy you could talk to and see everyone in the next door balcony, aswell as overlooking the swim up rooms which I though was bizzare! The restaurant was absolute chaos. It was like a really overly packed school canteen, to the point we only ate in it twice and ate out the rest of the time. Aswell as complaints of undercooked chicken the food wasn’t great. It was good they had a kids section with kids plates and tables and chairs. We went to the sunset grill restaurant one night which you’d think would be good, think again. They served our 3 year old a raw, pink beef burger and our mixed grill was inedible and chewy. We also visited the Italian, this was nice but not as nice atmosphere being over the road. We spent a lot of time at the infinity pool during the day as it was quieter. We also spent a lot of time watching the sunset at night as our little one didn’t like the loud evening entertainment. One thing that was frustrating is that you have to pay for drinks here. And be warned if you pay by card they might not charge you correctly. We ordered 2 baileys which were €5 each but they charged us €15 as I just tapped my card. I went to tell them and they didn’t even question it and gave me €5 note straight away like they knew they’d done it! The hotel is in a quiet location, near a nice cove beach with 3 restaurants and the other way into San Antonio which took us an hour to walk from Cafe mambo to our hotel. Bus outside the hotel takes you to San Antonio but it does get very busy. We heard a lot of people saying how disappointed they were with this hotel compared to the likes of holiday village Majorca, we compared it to butlins in the sun which isn’t our vibe.

It has been a stay full of wonderful surprises. We came here to celebrate our anniversary and were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness from the entire staff. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities waiting for us. We especially recommend dining at the Beach Caves restaurant and trying the sea bass and the beef tenderloin—they were both outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had an incredible few days!

⭐ 1/10 I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Six Senses Ibiza was deeply disappointing. During my stay from June 6 to June 9, cash disappeared from my bag while it was inside my room. The bag was only left unattended when we were at the pool during the daytime. I also personally observed a member of staff entering the room to check the minibar while we were away. After carefully retracing everything that happened during our stay, I cannot identify any other realistic opportunity for the money to have gone missing. What is most shocking is that this happened at a hotel that markets itself as one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in Ibiza. Guests paying thousands of euros per stay should not have to worry about the safety of their personal belongings inside their own room. The missing money included both euros and Russian rubles. The incident has left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and has completely destroyed the sense of security and trust that a luxury hotel is supposed to provide. After discovering the loss, I researched online reviews, news articles, and other publicly available sources. To my surprise, I found that I am not the first guest to report concerns regarding missing valuables during a stay at this property. This made the situation even more alarming and reinforced my concerns about guest security. I have requested that the hotel review key-card access records and security footage, and I hope a proper investigation is conducted. Until then, I cannot recommend this property to anyone who values the security of their belongings. Beautiful location and design cannot compensate for a situation where a guest leaves feeling that money has disappeared from their room and receives no immediate answers. Very disappointing experience.
