Dr Rodrigo is an excellent aesthetician doctor, during my last 3 visits he was punctual, welcoming, and kind. He did a fantastic job, professionally and calmly. Speaks Spanish and English perfectly. I highly recommend. He and his assistants are always helpful and never fail to smile.

Yasmin is my favourite doctor on the island, apart from being super professional and advanced in her techniques and protocols, was previously she was my family doctor, and knowing this I am completely reassured that her treatments are of the best standards with the patients best interests in mind. I have tried a couple of other clinics and now I only go to her clinic, the customer service is impeccable and all of her products are of the highest quality and I feel most comfortable in her hands. Moshe is meticulous and kind, and with Mai they make a good team during the treatment. I had an accident that required the reconstruction of my palate and the nose and Dr Moss brought it back through a successful rino modelation. Forever grateful. One thing the clinic needs to improve is time to respond to a message or a call, it should reply within 24 hours. Looking forward to visiting the clinic again.

Not for me. Felt like I was in a mac Donald’s of aesthetic treatment…Twice I went there and both times there were delays of one hour. First time after one hour waiting could not do it because I was taking antibiotics, which also they could have told me when I booked the appointment that it was a requirement. On this first attempt, I waited and waited and not once someone came and told me there was a delay. Luckily afyet seeing 2 more arrive at the same time I decided to ask. The second time I even called and asked twice if there were delays before I go, and they told me there was 30 min delay. When I got there, I still waited 40 min in different rooms (!). A girl told me to lay in a bed and applied a cream. Then she came back and made me lay on another room. I even saw doctor on the hall, passing by me and going to another patient. For me a Doctor that cannot organize her diary is ether too greedy and double book clients, which is not the service I was expecting for a botox in 3 areas for 450 euros (!) OR is just incompetent and disorganised. Both worried me enough to just leave. Another point the main waiting room has no windows and has this very strong smell of incense which for allergic people is really uncomfortable.

I have been using the Moss Clinic for two years now .. they are very professional and really friendly .. the treatments offered are fabulous and the technology the clinic has is very advanced .. I come from London to have my treatments!!

Dr. Rabadan and his team are very nice and give you a very warm welcome. The staff is very friendly and you immediately feel at ease. I had a lip treatment with Dr. Rabadan and I am very satisfied and happy with the result. He listens to the wishes of the customers and explains and informs very well so that you understand everything well. I can highly recommend the Clinica and am happy to have found it.

My experience was very disappointing. After the waxing appointment, I developed a severe skin reaction in the areas where the wax was applied, and I have been dealing with it for the past four days. When I contacted her to explain what had happened, her response was that she had invested her time and products in my treatment and that she would only consider any refund if I provided a medical report. Meanwhile, I am losing days of my vacation, unable to enjoy the beach, feeling embarrassed about my body, dealing with constant itching, and my self-esteem has been deeply affected. This has taken an emotional toll on me.

I wouldn’t repeat my experience with this clinic was absolutely horrible. Mar Tirado the director of this clinic is the most unprofessional director I have ever seen when it comes to customer service. Once you pay it’s over, shes only there to make her numbers. I paid for a treatment with appliances , one of the machine was broken they replaced it with another one and didn’t even communicate it with me. I pretty much paid for something they never did to me… unprofessional and disrespectful!!

I am delighted with my result, although I had to remove the balloon ahead of time for personal reasons, I am happy. The team that accompanies me is always attentive at all times. I recommend it and if in the future I want to do something again, I would not hesitate to return. I had hyaluronic acid put in my chin, and they told me I didn’t have any. It deformed it. They put two lumps under it that deformed my face. I had botox put in, and in two months, bye-bye. I had another botox put in two months later, which did a little more for me. Plus other things. The experience was horrible. Alexia, zero self-criticism. I just had it removed with hyaluronidase, or whatever it’s called. The doctor there, after I complained that I wasn’t happy with the results, called the doctor to back her up. My chin is still deformed, I have two lumps that are noticeable, and they were already tired of me coming in and made jokes like, ‘Here again?’ I went because the doctor told me that removing the hyaluronic acid is done little by little. Very bad. Alexia injects without looking at the results, very quickly and without looking at your face.
