I purchased an 18K gold bracelet from Elisa Pomar in Ibiza for €950. Unfortunately, after only a few days of normal wear, several of the links became visibly bent and deformed. I contacted the store by email on September 28 and included photos of the bracelet and the damaged links. More than a week later, I still haven’t received any response. For a piece of jewellery in this price range, I expected both better durability and better after-sales service. Very disappointing so far. I will update this review if the store contacts me and resolves the issue.

Everything was very nice. I arrived at the store and the same designer who came to attend to me was there. As soon as I told her that I preferred to buy 3 silver rings plated in gold instead of one gold one, she dismissively sent me to another sales assistant. It seems she wasn’t happy with such disdain, because after I bought my three rings, she said, “When you can, come back and buy a gold one.” No matter how much I spend (which was specifically €700, which she certainly didn’t deserve), this is not the treatment one expects in any establishment, especially one that claims to be of a certain caliber… Luckily, someone like me isn’t going to let it ruin my day, but as a little tip, don’t judge, because you never know who might buy from you next. I got a very sentimental gift from this lovely shop a while ago, and recently lost it — I genuinely considered it an emergency because I absolutely loved it. Thanks to the help of Gerd, I was able to purchase the last one they had internationally. The delivery was tracked the whole way and the courier arrived straight at my door. The item was safely wrapped and beautifully packaged. Without the help and communication I received, I would have struggled to find a way to get the item, especially while their website is currently being updated. Honestly, the shop is amazing, the owners and staff are amazing, and the jewellery is stunning!!! Thank you ❤️🙏🏼

I just had a really terrible and uncomfortable experience here in this shop. I wouldn’t even give this place 1/5….. The guy who owns the shop is just not a very nice person. I spent ages trying to decide between two chains. I chose the more expensive one (probably because I felt uncomfortable and rushed ). I left the shop and met my friend. Within 5 minutes I went back to the shop and decided to exchange the more expensive necklace for the one I preferred. He wouldn’t refund me the difference!!!! Said I had to pick something else for the 120 euros difference. I’ve never experienced this treatment of a customer before. It was awful and I would recommend not supporting this type of business…

I bought a beautiful necklace from Adrenaline, and had a hard time deciding, as there were so many unique and beautiful pieces of jewelry. However, as lovely as the artistry was, the co-owner of the shop was a kind and enchanting person. Her congenial demeanor and good will is what really brought me back to the shop to make my purchase. I believe her name was Isabella but am not positive. i can’t imagine who was monitoring the store when several patrons wrote they were asked to leave or received rude service, but I assure you when my sister and I visited in May 2023 that was not our experience. The shop’s merchandise and the owner made such an impression that I still cannot get them out off my mind today, and have recommended them to several travelers. Every time I wear my necklace I reflect on the fond memories of the shop and conversations with the sales lady. When I return to Ibiza, Adrenaline will definitely be one of my first stops, as I will be purchasing other items. Absolutely exquisite!

They are not artisans, they are swindlers. The worst experience I could have imagined. I have been buying in this store for years and 4 months ago I asked them to transform two gold earrings of great sentimental value into two rings. I have had to go 5 times to finally, halfway, get them to design what I initially asked for. They do whatever they want, not what you ask for, and they don’t consult you. The only explanation I can see is that they don’t do the workshop work themselves, but outsource it elsewhere. Once the work was finished, I asked them to give me the leftover gold pieces and it turns out they didn’t have them. They tried to make me believe that they had used them in the rings themselves when THAT WAS NOT IN THE BUDGET. I proved it to them according to written conversation with them and they told me to come back another day, that they were going to look for them. They have pulled the wool over my eyes by giving me other pieces that are not the originals, not even from the same earring or the same cameo. Finally, they tried to charge me separately for the engraving when it was also included in the budget. Very unpleasant experience and the worst part is that I went specifically during the hours the jeweler should be there and he never is. So if you read my review, call me, I’ll be happy to talk to you and tell you that your work is neither professional nor artisanal.No son artesanos, son timadores. Una vez acabado el trabajo les pedí que me dieran los trozos sobrantes de oro y resulta que no los tenían. Intentaron que me creyera que los habían utilizado en los propios anillos cuando ESO NO ESTABA EN EL PRESUPUESTO. Se lo demostré según conversación escrita con ellos y me dijeron que me pasara otro día, que los iban a buscar. Me han tomado el pelo dándome otros trozos que no son los originales, ni si quiera son del mismo pendiente ni el mismo camafeo. Por último, han intentado que el grabado lo pague a parte cuando estaba incluido también en el presupuesto. Absolutely love these earrings. I originally bought two pairs in Ibiza at an outdoor market where they were being sold. We were in Ibiza for our 40th anniversary and paid for new wedding bands to be made and shipped to us in the US. They responded in the beginnng they were being made and would ship. They hadn’t arrived by Christmas but then January they responded they hadn’t shipped due to Christmas shipping issues and would ship. Then they went silent. No responses and no rings. I put a claim in with credit card company but they said since I waited over 4 months no refund. They strung me along until it was too late for a refund! Very disappointed!

It was such a meaningful stop for us that I decided to do something unforgettable — have our engagement rings custom made by a local jeweler we visited, Leo Jewellery (@leo.jewel), owned by Guven Kizilaslan (@guvenkizilaslan) and represented by Layla (@_layllaa). We trusted them because we met in person at their shop. In January 2025, we wired them over $6,000 in full. Since then, all we’ve gotten are 13+ excuses (earthquakes, unrest, stolen phones, customs seizures, even “boyfriend drama”) and no rings. Our engagement trip — the moment that was supposed to be one of the happiest of our lives — came and went without the rings, and we were forced to buy replacements. We’ve asked many times for a refund or even proof that the rings exist. Instead, we are now being ignored completely. ⚠️ Do not trust Leo Jewellery / ShineByLeo.com. They claim locations in Istanbul, London, Prague, and Ibiza, but they operate fraudulently and prey on travelers during once-in-a-lifetime moments.
