Láserum Ibiza | Depilación Láser Diodo

Nice clean place , good location, kind nice service 🙂 I don’t know about the results but it hurt a bit so I guess will work nice 🙂

Natasha was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire. I highly recommend!

Watch out this is not only a very disorganized place but also they rip you off. I had about four appointments whereas they canceled my second appointment. The third appointment they only did have of the body as they were overbooked. The same happened to my last appointment again where they only did half of the body. But they made me pay all body and gave me another appointment for the week after. Well I appeared but they again messed up their schedule and I didn’t get my treatment. Not only that, they didn’t even refund me money, made me wait an hour and wanted me to come back next month. So I definitely don’t wanna come back to these people. They are super unfriendly and don’t have any idea of how to treat a customer. At the end they stole me about 80€. Please go to a different place the energy is really bad here

Horrible customer service - I waited 4weeks for 2nd appointment, 1week before they tell me they couldn’t find me in the system and deleted the agreed fixed appointment again saying we can now make a new one for in 3weeks. Zero business mind and zero solution oriented. Rather pay more then having such a headache with their service! Never going back again!

I dont normally like to put negative reviews but I’m very disappointed after my first session. They was so much in a hurry that they did the laser only halfway… the whole session of 3 body areas took less than 5 minutes. Absolute waste of my money and time.
