I cannot thank this hospital and its incredible team enough for the exceptional care they provided to my son while he was in another country. Being far from home during such a worrying and difficult time was incredibly frightening, but from the moment my son arrived he was treat with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. My 10m old baby was unwell over the weekend. The doctor came out to see us within the hour, was thorough in the examination, reassuring and kind. It is a bank holiday and he even called round the various pharmacies to check they were open and had the medicine for us. Thank you very much
Amazing experience with Galeno Clinic. I was feeling very sick during my stay in Ibiza and they organized everything incredibly fast and professionally. The doctor came directly to my hotel, was very kind, professional and helpful, and explained everything clearly in English. The whole process with the insurance company was smooth and stress-free. We all had food poisoning and contacted the medical centre the service was 1st class they were all so friendly and efficient Isobel and Laura on reception couldn’t be anymore helpful and friendly and the doctor Basilio Safar was amazing so funny and kept us all in good spirits especially my little boy who was very scared he was so good with him and made him feel at ease… if ever u take ill in Ibiza make sure you go to CLINICA GALENOCLINICIBZ 5stars thank you for helping us all
