Lovely family run business, they speak english which is really difficult to find on that island and give you help when needed usually within minutes Seen posts about people moaning about 220€ price for a visit but they have no idea that rent in such places cost fortune and on the end of a day you have simple choice to make get taxi and drive to hospital where you'll stuck for hours with no warranty of getting better service Insurance its also your choice and if you go holiday make sure it covers things might happen to you and don’t tick box by choosing cheapest one Thanks again for help Stay healthy !
My partner and myself can't thank Dr Lukate enough for his care . My partner had become unwell during our holiday. I contacted Dr Lukata. Who we cannot recommend enough for kindness and professionalism.
From an initial enquiry about which test we needed to enter the UK from Ibiza the Doctor and his wife were excellent. Replied promptly to me, no charge required until we were given the certificates. The Dr had a lovely manner and no problem with communication. Thank you so much!
ALWAYS GO DIRECTLY TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM! We paid to Dr. Ibrahim 200€ for a 5 min check of our baby and the wrong diagnosis, we ended up going to the emergency room after a night of pain and the health of our 9 months baby worsening. Sorry but this is a total scam! They tell you the insurance in your country will reimburse you but for my example they reimbursed me 13.6€ .
Beware, this is a tourist scam! I was received by doctor Lukata for an otitis. A final price of 150€ to pay in cash for a simple consultation, and he gave me antibiotics incompatible with breastfeeding my baby. Luckily my French doctor advised me another traitement.
