Let Us Ibiza

I am very pleased with the service we received from LET US IBIZA. They helped us sell our house in a timely and professional manner. They paid attention to every detail, from staging the house, to getting beautiful imagery to negotiating the best price. They also thought along with us and gave us valuable advice on how to prepare for the sale and on local requirements and processes. They provided solutions & even organized the execution of a few final maintenance items. They were patient and understanding of our needs and emotions throughout the entire process. They communicated with us regularly and kept us informed of every step. They were always friendly, courteous and respectful. It’s a truly outstanding team, company and service. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor office on Ibiza.

Let Us Ibiza have provided an exemplary service! This was our first time buying a property outside the UK and they were able to guide us through the whole process which made it much easier than it might otherwise have been. In particular Lisa has been fabulous and really went above and beyond the call of duty to help complete the deal and help get our apartment set up. We can't recommend her highly enough.

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would… Brigitte and Lisa were great! We have engaged Let Us Ibiza to help us search for a holiday home and guide us through the whole buying process. From the moment of the intake, to the search, the bidding process and the entire aftercare, both have always given us directly answer to our questions or sorted it out if they didn't have an answer right away. Even going to the bank to help open an bankaccount or request an internet connection, nothing was too much to ask. Ladies of this beautiful office, chapeau! Many real estate agents in Ibiza can learn a lot from your service and knowledge 🏡 ☀️ 🔥

Best real estate agents in Ibiza. Alicia helped me out finding my second-home dream property, was widely available and kind throughout the whole process and extremely professional. They really care about their clients, not like the average real estate agent on the island. Highly recommended.

Let Us Ibiza sold my apartment within 3 days! Very impressed with their expertise. I would like to thank Cathy for everything she has done for us. In addition to sales, she also helped us very well with peripheral matters. Can therefore recommend Let Us Ibiza to everyone. Best real estate agent on the island
