Jennifer Strychaluk from Remax assisted us with the purchase of our house in Ibiza. She was very dedicated and also assisted us in understanding better the local zoning and building regulations. She made several trips to the local authorities to get certain documents. She has an academic background in zoning and building regulations which proved very helpful. She is German but also speaks very good Spanish and English.
