Estética Avanzada, Spa & Wellness Mandala Ibiza

I left sculpted and detoxified. I got there bloated, a little hungover and inflamed. After days drinking all over Ibiza this was just what I needed. We booked a couple’s massage and they allowed same day bookings. Easiest way to communicate is through their chat. Can’t recommend this place enough.

THE WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY IF YOU LEAVE WITHOUT CATCHING SOMETHING. THE RESULT AND THE WAY IT WAS DONE WERE TERRIBLE. THE WOMAN WITH GLASSES WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, DIDN’T EVEN REMOVE THE DIRT FROM UNDER MY THUMBNAILS, AND I WAS SHOCKED WHEN SHE SAID SHE WAS FINISHED. THE SALON WAS CHAOTIC, SHABBY, AND COMPLETELY NEGLECTED, LOOKING LIKE NOBODY CARES ABOUT CLEANLINESS OR CUSTOMERS. THE TOOLS CONSISTED ONLY OF A FILE AND SCISSORS, THINGS I COULD HAVE DONE JUST AS WELL AT HOME. I HAD TO HAVE MY HANDS DONE ON A FILTHY-LOOKING TABLE THAT WAS NEXT TO THE SERVICE DESK. THE ENTIRE PLACE FELT DISGUSTING, UNHYGIENIC, AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS WAS/IS A TOTAL SCAM AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I CAME BECAUSE OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, BUT IT BECAME CLEAR THEY COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE REAL. THEY WILL OFTEN CLAIM THEY "RE-EVALUATE" THEIR SERVICE, BUT THAT IS CLEARLY NOT TRUE. STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Worst experience ever. Came in for a classic full bikini wax, none of the staff can speak English ( world wide language), the girl with glasses today 16.09.25 was clearly unprepared. Nothing was prepared for my appointment, she starts to apply extremely hot wax and even telling her she keeps going, was not capable of pulling the wax properly, I am left with a huge skin trauma in my bikini line. Made me pay the full 25€ even after seeing that I have serous bruise and still hair. Don't come here save your money

I m sorry but the worst 55 euro spent of my life. The scrab and massage was ok, but it shouldn't be called hammam, there is a steaming room but it s not possible to even use black soap to open the pores. The worst thing is that is not possible even to shower or wash your hair after.

This is the worst place ever to do any treatment. The education of staff is zero , as they literally are doing a favor. Staff speak badly in Spanish between them right in front of client. As they did with me. Honestly I don’t know how a place like this is still opened. A total disrespect
