The Doctor is INCREDIBLE. She is the most trustworthy practitioner, and she really listens to her patients. I recommend her 100%, for truly professional care. This clinic is really focused on medical expertise and you feel completely safe and valued as a patient.

Moshe is meticulous and kind, and with Mai they make a good team during the treatment. I had an accident that required the reconstruction of my palate and the nose and Dr Moss brought it back through a successful rino modelation. Forever grateful. One thing the clinic needs to improve is time to respond to a message or a call, it should reply within 24 hours. Looking forward to visiting the clinic again.

Not for me. Felt like I was in a mac Donald's of aesthetic treatment...Twice I went there and both times there were delays of one hour. First time after one hour waiting could not do it because I was taking antibiotics, which also they could have told me when I booked the appointment that it was a requirement. On this first attempt, I waited and waited and not once someone came and told me there was a delay. Luckily afyet seeing 2 more arrive at the same time I decided to ask. The second time I even called and asked twice if there were delays before I go, and they told me there was 30 min delay. When I got there, I still waited 40 min in different rooms (!). A girl told me to lay in a bed and applied a cream. Then she came back and made me lay on another room. I even saw doctor on the hall, passing by me and going to another patient. For me a Doctor that cannot organize her diary is ether too greedy and double book clients, which is not the service I was expecting for a botox in 3 areas for 450 euros (!) OR is just incompetent and disorganised. Both worried me enough to just leave. Another point the main waiting room has no windows and has this very strong smell of incense which for allergic people is really uncomfortable.

I have been using the Moss Clinic for two years now .. they are very professional and really friendly .. the treatments offered are fabulous and the technology the clinic has is very advanced .. I come from London to have my treatments!!
