Absolutely can not recommend this agency - one of their agents took our money following exchange of contracts in December 2017. In July 2018 we visited Ibiza to view the villa, everything seemed fine. In May 2019, 37 hours before OUR WEDDING with the villa we booked both our accommodation and wedding venue, we found out that the agent took the money but didn't complete the booking! We had no wedding venue and no where to stay for us or our guests!! The company are ignoring any form of communication from us since! AVOID
…. It feels like a family office where everybody is so open and looking forward to helping you… they not only sell beautiful homes, but they help you out trough all the process of communication, due diligence in terms of understanding where you are buying the house (like the type of land, what you can build or not, refurbishments permitted, illegalities etc….) I found their services extremely helpful in understanding the kind of product I was buying. I highly recommend this team
The Island Villas never ceases to amaze me with their unique quality of villas that I haven't seen with any other agency. I book with them every year and they always go above and beyond. My family look forward to their Ibiza holiday more than anything else thank you Nikki and the team
