The most incredible experience. Our request was very last minute (less than 24 hours) yet Sarah managed it with outstanding efficiency, incredible customer service and exceptional professionalism. We also needed a smaller boat to follow us and multiple other requests. All of which were taken on with grace and skill. Wouldn’t ever ask anyone else to charter a yacht for me in the future. Sarah is the best in the business.
I just had my best vacation EVER with World Yacht Group! The perfect sky and sea made possible on one of their luxurious yachts...I never wanted to leave! Every consideration was taken to ensure my comfort on board and they went out of their way to make the journey an experience I'll never forget! I'm already looking forward to next summer in Ibiza with World Yacht Group. They know exactly where to go for the most beautiful memories of the Mediterranean.
Great service and excellent selection. This year, we had an issue with a boat owner who sold his boat after we had agreed to rent it and refused to honor the contract. Ruben and his team stepped in and got us a new, better boat at lower overall cost to save our trip.
Special mention for the Geekboat service and restoring team. We have been delighted with you for your treatment and quality. We expressly recommend to any client their hiring. Thanks to Marisa and Elena for your pofessionalism and treatment.
Second year collaborating together and this is because it feels like a family working together. We made a great season together for the Blue Jay MY in 2019 and will make it even better in 2020. Can't wait the Season to start. Thanks guys for being so professional from day 1.
