My initial experience was quite disappointing, including an unsympathetic doctor and another very unprofessional doctor... but all of that has only changed for the better, since those two doctors are no longer there. I currently have an amazing, professional, and very sympathetic doctor. The condition of my gums has improved dramatically due to the dedicated care. Excellent customer service and a friendly staff. The price is affordable. Highly recommend.
After paying 1,5 year insurance I came here for cleaning teath and got an appointment in 1 month.... After one month I came for appointment and was waiting 30 minutes without any explanation. After 30 minutes they said me that doctor is late (sure, I was waiting 30 minutes already) and asked to wait. For my question HOW LONG I should wait they just smile and said that they dont know - maybe 30 minutes more maybe 2 hours more... No respect for people at all! I was driving 20 km to sit and wait like I have nothing else to do! VERY BAD!
