My experience with Vivanta has been quite disappointing due to appointment management. On several occasions, I have arrived on time and had to wait much longer than expected with hardly any explanations. I understand that delays can arise, but when this happens regularly, it conveys a sense of disorganization and lack of consideration for patients' time. What is most annoying is that for payments and financial commitments, punctuality and immediacy are demanded, while the patient seems to have to constantly accept the waits.
